Great staff, location and comfort.

Room was clean. Good hospitality. Best location to access metro, and walking to Times Square and etc.

Very clean hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Only complaint is the noise level. Staff has ear plugs in case you ask. It might be expected mid town right, at the margins of korea town and 6th avenue. If you're sensitive to noise, go elsewhere. Noise includes: constructions from 8 am (including sundays), people talking loud on the streets up to 2 am, trash collectors during the night.

The staff was wonderful. The coffee and sparkling water on the 2nd floor was delightful and the rooftop bar under the Empire State Building was just grand! Highly recommend!

From the service to the attention to detail, the team went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. If you’re planning a trip and looking for a place where great hospitality matters, I would definitely recommend staying here. Jay and the entire staff made a great impression, and we truly appreciated the experience.

Centrally located in Koreatown inside midtown manhattan. Walking distance to a multitude of sights, subway, along with stores for picking up necessities. Walked to Wall Street area one day and all the sights that way and then the opposite way another day to take in Central Park and sights that way. Room was nice with coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, safe, mini fridge and other amenities. A/C worked good in the room. Water, coffee, tea, fruits, cookies were available 24/7 in a central location as was an exercise area. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful every step of the way. The Black Tap restaurant had quality food and the rooftop bar, The Lookup, gave the best view of the Empire State Building. Security to the room area made you feel safe. Happy with my experience and stay.

Front desk was super helpful and always willing to assist. Location was fantastic less than 100 m from a subway station Making it easy to get places. It was also very close to Macy’s!!!!

The location was perfect! Great access to different iconic parts of the city. Parked nearby and walked to the hotel. Had a great time in the hotel and would return again. The gym is small and not worthwhile but the rest of the amenities (ie WIFI, AC, and rooftop bar) were great.
