Super helpful staff, fresh breakfast daily and an easy process to leave our luggage at the hotel! Convenient location, pretty close to many things and close to a train station!

My keys keep deprogramming everyday and had to get new ones. Other than that great central location to everything if you walked or took subway. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

Welcoming staff

Staffs are nice,very friendly and very helpful. The room is not very clean. I have to ask to get a new bed sheet and hair can be found in the shower room. Air conditioning is too loud. The breakfast is good. The location is good very convenient to everywhere. If the cleaning can be improved I will definitely go again.

Overall hotel needs a renovation. Rugs changed and better paint. Room door was like someone broke it to get in. Bathroom in room was clean. Bed was ok. Air conditioning ok. Staff needs to hear and smile more. Breakfast was good but employees need to wear gloves and hair nets. Needs new chairs. An employee try to enter my room without knocking and stated it was a mistake. Scare us a lot.

Experience was excellent from check in to check out. Ronald at front desk was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and made our stay a 5star experience.

Great location. Room was expectedly tight for family of four. Hotel was quiet, elevators were fast. Bowl fruit was in at breakfast did not appear to be cleaned the four nights we were there.

Staff is amazing. Shout out to Jasmine for being so receptive and helpful. Breakfast can’t be beat. So popular it’s hard to find a place to sit. Location is phenomenal. Close to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos and noise of Times Square. It’s our second stay in 2 months. We’ll be back. :)

The hotel is expensive for what they offer and it was outdated the furniture, the walls, the sink. No good housekeeping they did not change the garbage in the bathroom, no toilet papers replenished and no towels enough for the people in the room everyday we had to go down to let them know since no phone in the room. The soap dispenser was placed up high a nine years old child couldn’t reach it to wash hands. It was terrible.

Don’t be thrown off by the gritty exterior (under scaffolding). This hotel was perfectly adequate and quite comfortable. Aside from the filthy carpet in our room (hard to avoid and maintain interior flooring in an urban setting such as NYC) we had a comfortable stay in a very convenient location.

Ronald (at reception) was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Trash bag being brought to table a little off putting during breakfast. Fresh towels everyday and fab view of Empire State Building Really appreciated the effort the hotel made to acknowledge/recognise our anniversary

The hotel was ok for the price. The rooms are small, but housekeeping was great and kept the room clean and tidy. Everything was in good working condition, and an excellent AC keeping the room nice and cold. The only downfall we had was that the breakfast area was super small with lots of people each time we went, and the breakfast room was very hot. We would get our breakfast and take it back to the room to eat where it was cool and comfortable. Overall, good hotel in a good location.

The rooms were very small and barely have space to move around and very badly maintained

Decent location Old, small rooms, cracked and pealing wallpaper, plumber was banging when trying to get hot water- old and in desperate need of a renovation. My sons who were travelling with me, are 6ft 4 and 6ft 8, so they did not fit in the tiny beds and one slept on the floor- terrible, so upset! The only saving grace was a friendly and helpful staff member, Jade, who helped us with travel to the airport and kept our bags safe while we went out. She was empathetic of our situation. Please fix this place up because the location is decent. Sham the photos look much better than it is….
