Great location, clean and comfortable room. Decent breakfast. The service was top notch, especially Luis in the breakfast service staff. The elevator being in repair was a big inconvenience but they gave us a low floor which helped access our room readily. Would definitely book again for the right price.

The staff were amazing. They are renovating the hotel. From the first email about the fact that one elevator was being redone, letting us know, the staff were great in communications with us from start to finish. Very friendly, they have a staff member operating the elevator during the day to help everyone get to their floors. Well done by management to be on top of things. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was really good as well. We recommend staying there.

One of the elevators was out of order and it was chaos getting in and out of my room on the 25th floor with just a single elevator in use. Not a good experience!

No elevator, only one was working had to walk the stairs which was terrible.

The room was not properly checked before my arrival. First, the curtains were broken and stuck. Also, the TV remote control was missing when I checked in.Second, the TV is outdated. Most hotels nowadays allow guests to connect to Netflix or YouTube, but here that is blocked and the system is very old. Additionally, the mini-fridge needs maintenance; it makes a terrible, extremely loud buzzing noise every time it turns on and off.Third, we stayed on the 3rd floor, which was a big mistake. The lower floors are extremely noisy because garbage trucks collect trash on the street throughout the entire night and early morning. You literally cannot sleep.Finally, there is a big issue with the elevators. Only one elevator was working for a building with around 23 to 25 floors, while the other one was always turned waiting times

The best part was the breakfast and location. However, they only had one elevator working. So we had to go up and down the stairs, including with our luggage.

Buen servicio el personal muy atento. Lo mejor fue el desayuno. La habitación limpia pero muchas cosas desgastadas de viejo la WiFi dejó de funcionar varios días y el elevador solo funcionaba uno y tardaban más de 5 minutos esperando.
