It was great for a short visit

I paid for a King bed. Was given a queen and told thats as big as they have. Thats ladies and gentlemen is called; Bait and Switch. Daisy was rude and should not be a managerial position. I had a simple request, give me what you advertised and what I paid for.

Rude people working there. They do no have any manner how to deal with guests. Does not accept credit cards from other countries. Harassment to the customers by staff.

Location was good. Room was clean. Parking should be closer to hotel. Hotel could do with an upgrade.

Fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was traveling alone and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Great experience overall—I’d definitely stay here again!

Good location, right in Times Square area, if you are going to the theater. Just 2 blocks to Bryant Park. No Lobby to speak of but a small area offers free coffee/tea and water and there is a very small but serviceable alcove selling snacks, etc. There is a restaurant and bar which we did not check out. I would have liked to have an easy chair or some kind in the room.

The water pressure in the showers was amazing! Probably the best showers we have ever taken! The air conditioning was a little difficult to regulate, but the room was nicely done, and the hotel was conveniently located.

The entire staff made our stay very special. Room is very clean. Hotel staff are very helpful and the entire establishment is very safe. I will recommend to anyone to check in out.
