Bel hôtel, belle chambre qui sont plus grandes que ce qu’on avait imaginé. Très propre aussi, lits confortables. Juste le jet de la douche qui n’était pas très fort. Parking juste à côté de l’hôtel à 60 usd pour le 24h. On y retournerait

J’ai demandé une petite attention pour l’anniversaire de mon mari, pendant notre absence, ils ont mis des ballons, un gâteau au goût du fêté et une carte de souhait. Merci ce fut une belle surprise!

We stayed at Aura Hotel August 17-19. The hotel itself was great (the staff were great and very kind) and we were asked to check a room card for incidentals upon checking in. We used a card we rarely use. Today I noticed a charge for $80.34 from Aura Hotel and we barely spent time in the room and did nothing that warranted this charge. I tried calling the front desk multiple times but no one ever answers and it simply forwards to the reservation system which is of no help. Beware. If no one answers by end of day I will be disputing this charge with the bank. Our reservation was prepaid on Expedia.

Fabulous hotel in a very fun and convenient location. Room appeared to be very clean, with the exception of finding someone else’s hair in the bathroom. Incredible, helpful and kind staff.

This property was just what we needed. It was clean, spacious and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for a broadway show or shopping.
