Coral Beach Resort and Suites

It was all great. Have stayed there before because of the quality and Lord willing we will be back!!

My car got broken into and our children's toys, gifts and work gear stolen while parked inside the hotel's parking lot right in front of the lobby entrance. Their cameras don't work at all and they were only minimally cooperative after seeing me upset. No regard, no offer to call the police, absolutely no ownership of any responsibility other than to remind you that they have signs saying they are not responsible for stolen items. Almost makes them suspicious. They know this has been happening a d don't take actions to ensure brake ins don't happen. I will never go back. It is unfortunate because the building is in a good location and the beach is beautiful. I think the entire Myrtle beach has been ran down by criminals who probably were even spending the night there too.

Our room was clean. Staff was wonderful. All the pools were nice. Our beach view could’ve been a little better. We were down on the first floor, but it was beautiful.

Room was dated but the amenities are fantastic

Not enough chairs by the pools, they fill up fast. Lazy river is too small for the amount of rooms..However it’s nice having a separated bedroom from the kids room.

We took our toddler grandchildren for a get away. It was a nice time. The staff in the bowling alley need training on customer service. The outside bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely would return.

This was my second time staying at Coral Beach Resort and I was not totally satisfied. The room that I was in the remote control to the TV didn't work properly, the bathroom toilet didn't flush properly, had to call the front desk to fix it and it still was not flushing properly after they came to check it out. The bar inside and out didn't have what I wanted to drink because they didn't have any half and half or heavy cream to make my White Russian.

Coral Beach was an easy 7 minute ride from the airport. The check in process was so easy, we were settled into our room and on the beach in 30 minutes. The property has 4 swimming pools, direct access to the beach and a bar with Karaoke in the evenings. It was a great stay for families.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this resort and definitely will be coming back

They should renovate the bathroom, it is still old school.

Water pressure was good in the shower, the faucet needed to be changed or tightened. Great view of the ocean off of the seventh floor balcony. We were over the patio area, which has the bar, band, pools, and access to the beach, so it was very loud. But those doors into the bedroom were great. The air conditioning worked great in the bedroom, and the one that was in the living room went on when you closed the sliding door and off when you opened it.

Excellent place to stay!

Family friendly resort. They need a major renovation to the rooms. Maybe add some additional activities for kids. The indoor play area can use an upgrade as well. Including breakfast would be great for a family of 4.Great view of the beach from the 7th floor.

The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The room was clean and as pictured. The location is convenient to dining, the beach, shopping etc. The pools and other amenities are nice. The drinks located at the pool area bar needs improvement, very weak for $$. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

Everything was good but property was dated.

It was big & nice place to book a family stay. Everyone was nice & helpful. No issues while we were there. Would book again They were doing the beach renovation, we didn’t know that .

The parking was great The pool chemicals were extremely breath taking.

Location was convenient. Nice indoor and outdoor pool. Kitchen in room was convenient and decreased cost of eating out. Front desk staff were very nice at check in. Food was excellent at pool bar Furniture in living room was awful and uncomfortable. We literally had to place bed pillows on the love seat and chair to make it more comfortable. Resort advertises 8 lane AMF Bowling Alley as an amenity but guests have to pay $17 per person for one hour of bowling which is higher than local bowling facilities. Lazy River did not work. There was no adequate current to propel the tubes. It was more work than enjoyable. We told one of the maintenance staff about the lazy river on Thursday and he said there hadn’t been a pool guy in a month and that he would fix it before the next day. It was never fixed and we stayed until Sunday. Resort rooms need to be updated.
