you get what you pay for it was an amazing experience right on the beach the staff was amazing I’d rate a 10 out of 10 dont let other reviews steer you away it is cheap for a reason but it was wonderful for me and my bf the parking was not bad at all there is a giant garage and a second lot if needed

The oceanfront balcony was breathtaking and the room was clean.

There were a lot of areas with sitting water, with some puddles too deep to walk through. The vending machines only worked half the time. The halls look wore down, could use an overall paint job. The staff is nice and my room was immaculately clean. The door could be a little more secure though.

So the rooms themselves are good, especially if you buy oceanfront! However I would be mindful of the hotel structure/scenery itself. The lobbies, hallways, and stairs are all kind of older construction and a little unappealing. But otherwise it's fine if you're just here for the beach and not the hotel.

Was just ok

I will not disrespect the staff personally, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. An exterminator entered our room without us being properly informed beforehand. The advertised photos are NOT an accurate representation of this property. The hallways and rooms were hot, filthy, run down, and disgusting. We saw roaches of all sizes crawling throughout the property AND inside our room. We found two dead roaches above the shower and woke up to huge roaches crawling on our wall. Absolutely revolting. The pool water was a funky green color, there appeared to be black mold in the elevators, and trash and worn out shoes were left in the hallways. We were also surprised with an additional deposit at check in that should have been clearly disclosed beforehand. I HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO BACK THIS UP. This is not about expecting luxury. Basic cleanliness and sanitation should be the bare minimum. This property needs serious attention, and I will be pursuing a refund because what was advertised is NOT what we received. PLEASE do your research before booking here. Do not trust the advertised photos look at recent guest photos and reviews. Disgusting, unacceptable, and completely inexcusable. Polynesian, DO BETTER.

The mattresses on the beds were horrible. They need to invest in softer more comfortable mattresses. Did not get a comfortable sleep during my stay.

Good place to stay

If you plan a trip do not go to this hotel during my stay from 08/20-08/23 I had to change out room because my room was infested with bedbugs I would not have known it was if I didn’t turn my ac off n turn the heat on to take a shower and then I was wondering what had bit me on my arm and face that got swollen so sure they moved me to a new room but that room I saw a roach crawling I would rather deal with a roach than bed bugs they did give me a roll of quarters and they partially refunded me one day because I got moved that really don’t justify that they knew they have bed bugs and have the audacity to put two sheets on the bed

Had a great time. Friendly staff.

Upon arrival, my friend and I were surprised at how clean the room was. Details that were not normal for a 2 star hotel. Parking was okay. The staff was helpful at all times. the balcony was nice and spacious, with a perfect ocean view. Nothing to complain about. I will return.

Pésima la estancia en el hotel, empezando porque las fotos de la propiedad no son nada parecidas a lo que es ! La propiedad sucia , baños machados , olor a humedad, los pasillos del hotel con mal olor, cuando llovía había filtraciones por toda lados, goteras, charcos de agua por todos lados, olor a basura en el estacionamiento ! Pésimo todo!

Muy sucio los pasillos es decir muy falta de higienes y no luces como las fotos que presentan . Los empleados muy complaciente
