All good In general

The room the sitting area could have been cleaner. Staff overall was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast - the servers at the restaurant (ladies) not very attentive or kind. Busy texting on their phones. That part could have been better. We revived the coffee at the end of our breakfast because she was busy chatting and texting.

Complimentary drinks at the front desk, you get two complimentary drinks at the bar each day you stay there at 530-630pm. Pools nice too. If you get a junior suite, you will be positioned in front of of a construction site. Not the hotels fault but it is what it is.

The Grayson was okay! The staff was very pleasant. Very nice people. The location was superb but it could use some touch ups as far as painting and fixing some of the amenities that are on the property but overall it was okay!

Great staff very friendly and helpful. Upon checkin we received a room upgrade. Huge balcony! Great location perfect for events by the arena and close to Wynwood area. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed in the rooms cleanliness. There was soap scum on the shower floor, the toilet seat was dirty. There was hair balls behind the sink area. The soakin tub was filthy.

It was a great experience with nice staff the place was incredible & also the complementary drinks & if you pay for the breakfast it worth it & such a easy way to go any around downtown made it easy for me to walk 3 blocks away to the the concert I had to go definitely will be back

They have the property in great conditions. Smells great everywhere. Great customer service. Great cleaning service. Great amenities, great location and amazing views

Loved the room, location was amazing only thing I was disappointed about is that the tv worked for 3 min before flashing an error code that never fixed itself with no options to troubleshoot. If it wasn’t for watching YouTube on my cell I would have only had my thoughts for entertainment. lol

Great services and wonderful valet.! The views from the roof top pool were exquisite.! Only issue was construction made out brow a little ugly but they can’t control that .!! I loved everything about this place

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Grayson. The staff was not only kind but also extremely accommodating, and they resolved any issues my partner and I encountered. My only complaint would be about the valet service. The process is simple, but wait times on some days were long despite our request to pick up our car early. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
