DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay

TV didn’t work. Restaurants in hotel were expensive and not kid friendly.

Leaking on the ceiling of the hallway on the 9th floor.

This hotel is amazing and the customer service is beyond amazing. We had a problem with getting into our room bc the room key wouldn't work twice so the guy at the front desk Nester gave us a upgrade for the trouble. Such a nice and safe hotel. We will be back to stay again.

Hotel was under renovation if we knew this we would have stayed somewhere else. Drill, sawing, pounding noises early most mornings right below our room. For the first couple of days we could take the elevator to the 8th floor but could not go back down we were not informed of this at check in. We went to leave a couple of hours after checking in and there was a sign stating to use the condo elevators. The condo resident we encountered told us we were not supposed to be in that area and we need to use the hotel elevators. Valet service was ok, a few of the employees were helpful and attentive but not all. Room and hotel was clean no issue there.

The room was good enough. Long walk from elevator to the room. Half way walking there are steps up half level to get to room. Never seen that before. towels with hair in it. Pool closes at 9pm. Towels have to get from front desk. Elevator broke down and had to exit from Garage. Pool is okay size but construction around the area and outside the hotel. Gym is not available was told to use the next door Marriott and leave my ID and sign a waiver. Say what?

The elevators broke on the day we were trying to get leave. It was hard to get down to the lobby.

Very disappointing hotel experience. The only elevator in the hotel was broken, which meant waiting for a very long time just to get to and from the room. To make matters worse, the staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience was frustrating and definitely not what I expected from a hotel stay. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Very big and clean room .the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

the rooms were not up to date at all. in addition rooms had plumbing issues. the appliances were old and dirty looking. the appliances and the look overall. very old and outdated in

Beautiful, clean, balcony

Furniture was clearly damaged and the construction taking place impacted our stay. The hotel rooms are far away from the lobby.
