Sonesta Miami Airport

When I checked in, the staff member who checked me in was extremely unfriendly and seemed quite happy to charge me the early check-in fee. Check in time is 4pm and I was a little earlier than that so she charged me $40, the room was vacant so I felt that was unnecessary! The last time I checked in I was early arriving and was not charged, I also received a complimentary drink card which she did not give me one this time. She is the first point of contact and so should be friendly and helpful not treat customers the way she treated me! I have stayed in this hotel 3 times I think and am not re-thinking about staying here again based on that experience.

The restaurant they have was great too. Multiple options to choice from for all meals. The buffet was great for breakfast and dinner!! Highly recommend! Ana and Wilson were great!!

The free shuttle to and from Miami International Airport was convenient and comfortable, and the hotel lobby and room were exceptionally well maintained. There is no free shuttle to the Miami cruise terminal, but a spot on a paid shuttle ($17 one way) can be reserved in advance.

Everything was seamless

I have never seen a room that had a better design and feeling. The shower pressure was also amazing! I went to the restaurant for happy hour and had the best service. Great property and staff.

Would definitely stay here again.

Muy bueno, yblo mejor para mis alergias, no alfombra en la habitación , PROBLEMA GRABE QUE POR POCO ME DEVUELVO Y CANCELO, EL HOTEL VIEJO DE LA ESQUINA QUE PARECE ESTAR EN RUINAS, NO ES ESTE HOTEL AUNQUE DICE BY SONESTA

I didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. I went to Kerato ( and eye color changing office) and it was 2 minutes away on foot. The price was great in Expedia.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. A lot stores and restaurants in the area.

Close to the airport, quick shuttle and very clean room. I would recommend adding low (thin) pillows for those that need one. None

A/C shut off in the middle of the night. Made for a brutal sleep cycle.
