You advised the room as two queen beds and a couch. There was no couch. My grandchildren are 21 and 25. The plan was to let my grandson sleep on the couch. He had to sleep with his sister, he was not happy at all.

This was my second stay here and we love it 💜

AC in room was terrible. Couldn't get the air cold and we were all hot all night. Also, we were excited about the amenities including breakfast and airport shuttle but neither of them weren't available until 6:30 AM which was too late for us. So I booked this hotel for its amenities, but the amenities weren't available to us. They should post that nothing starts until 6:30 for those traveling on early flights. This was disappointing.

The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. My bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Fairly priced.

AC’s sound id very loud and seems not functioning properly

Our time at the hotel from check in to check out was fabulous!!! Erica checked us in and she was so kind and very helpful. The hotel is very clean. In fact, I always seen an employee around tidying up the place. Our room was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. Breakfast was included with our stay and the food was delicious and plentiful. It was buffet style, so there was plenty to choose from. I definitely will be staying here , again when we visit for the holidays coming up at the end of the year.

. Also, the breakfast wasn't good. They can do better. The breakfast choices was not enough and what they had was not good .

Staff were very nice and helpful, good location The shower- it took the hot water a long time to arrive and it had weak pressure.

Clean room. One staff member went out of her way to clear up a room assignment problem. Nice bar. Food was good.

Erica was a welcome sight - very friendly, informative and welcoming. The breakfast was good with a nice selection to choose from. Overall well maintained facility and a good travel value.
