Muy limpio y el personal atento. Solo recomiendo que se varien el desayuno, pues durante 4 dias fue exactamente el mismo desayuno.

I made a mistake in thinking they had a pool. It was a whirlpool that looked like it had never been cleaned. So dreary and uninviting. No one was in it during the 2 days I stayed. I interacted with 2 front desk staff members. ONE was very helpful when she wasn't on the phone cursing her kids out. The other just didn't want to be there. No friendly customer service from her AT ALL. The cruise port shuttle was overbooked and we had to take an uber which was fine because it was cheaper! When I asked about the shuttle, all I got was a disinterested "I don't know" . I really wish I could've stayed next door at the Marriott Courtyard instead.

Room was great, breakfast was great. Staff could use some customer service classes. Front lobby was a little dirty but I believe that was due to the people that were staying there. Didn’t clean up after themselves.

We had to deplane so we had no luggage. The front desk gave us complementary toothbrushes ect. It was close to the airport and had a free airport shuttle leaving every 30 mins. Breakfast was included. The room was large and comfortable and they had security outside all night.

The room was clean. We arrived at 2:00 but was unable to check in because rooms weren’t ready. A lot of persons were waiting for rooms. Breakfast was not good… some bread/egg combo. Not variety like toast and pancakes. Shuttle ride to airport was a plus though.

The breakfast.. Airport shuttle. Toilet tank overflowed and wet our luggage. Dirty floors. Rooms not soundproof.

Great breakfast! Walking distance to a nice seafood restaurant. Free shuttle from airport arrived in a timely manner. The driver was very friendly. They do offer a shuttle to cruise port for $15.

Nice place

Good breakfast. Not as well kept up as most Marriott properties I’ve stayed at. Walkable. Places to eat which was nice without having to drive. Airport shuttle both there and back to airport was great!

The hotel was well maintained and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room we stayed in was very clean and roomy. We ended up staying here again after our cruise for another night in Miami. I strongly recommend this hotel!!! Keep up the great work!!
