Great place, I go every year

I checked in on the 26th my room looked so old and outdated and bathroom door wouldn’t close , there was no closet door, the bed sheet had spots from day one and all the days I stayed there the sheets were not changed , I checked out on the 30th and the spots were still there , dirty bed sheets and never changed for 3 nights , shower was so dirty and moldy and could not shut the door because it was jamming , the carpet was so dirty and did not want to step on it, so outdated rooms and you could hear next room conversation, I won’t book again and would not recommend . Worth $25 a night maybe

Great location, nice staff and very good price. So tired and old and the pool really didn’t feel great. But you get what you pay for and the location is brilliant.

the pool was good the shuttle, driver drove off without us after seeing us. we were there at 5.30 and it left at 5.30. the staff were rude, said breakfast was included then we had to pay they were very rude to us about it and not polite at all. the driver also had his airpods in which??

Beware of hidden fees

Relatively local to the parks, with a shuttle bus booking service provided by a 3rd party. This worked 3 of the 4 times we required it Shame the shuttle didn't work all the time.

Really great location for Disney parks. We were so tired when we arrived they changed our room to the quietest possible area of the hotel to make sure we could get plenty of sleep. Room was comfortable and clean. The shower didn’t come above my head height which was annoying, but not the end of the world.

Very pleasant place for the family

We stayed only 1 night after we landed from the UK. The hotel was clean and beds comfortable after a long day of travelling. We were welcomed by the reception staff who were very friendly. We would defiantly stay again.

location is good free shuttle

Esta en buena ubicación, al lado tienen un Walmart donde pueden conseguir varias cosas, además el hotel cuenta con servicio de desayuno y Lunch, y para los que van a visitar los parques de Disney tiene transporte gratuito que te lleva y te recoje

Our first room was on the main floor in the older part of the building. Rooms are average size and clean for as old as the building is. Once the fan/ac kicked on the room rebaked of smoke. To my surprise the front desk moved us to a tower room that was a bit newer and nicer no smoke smell of any sort. The property itself was very clean, the pools heated and clean. Not really much to complain about. We only stayed one night but would have definitely stayed longer or again. My only complaint would be the smoke smell I mentioned. But luckily the front desk rectified that quickly.

I loved the location of this hotel and all the amenities offered The hotel rooms themselves are a little outdated. However the rooms were huge. I did notice a smell when you first enter the room but I have a feeling that’s due to the climate and location of the rooms but overall I was extremely happy with my stay.

Ramada hotel but over charges at the end because they label themselves as a resort. It is cheap tho. So your room ain’t clean it’s old, hairs everywhere carpets in the halls are filthy. Will not be coming back, regardless of price
