Galleria Palms Hotel

Enjoyable hotel. I did book for use of shuttle to Disney and that was not helpful. I still had to take an Uber every day because the shuttle was not at opportune times and needed to be booked the day before. That was disappointing.

Great location, nice clean rooms. Friendly staff, Very nice hot breakfast but it does get busy so arrive early.

Very dirty not 9 stars like advertised

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the beds comfortable and the wifi worked well - which are all important points for us. The price was great and it served our needs for visiting Disney parks. I did notice that the hallway floors were dirty and in the 3 days we were there did not seem to get cleaned.

Room was good. Floors were dirty and bathroom floor was also a little dirty. Breakfast was decent and free parking was a plus. Good for a budget hotel.

The service is friendly, the room is clean, we really enjoyed our stay here, great location.

Our room was leaking heavily from the window while it was raining. They moved us to another room and that one was also leaking. They moved us to a THIRD room and that one was also leaking heavily. They said the best they could do was put a towel around the window and stopping it from spreading throughout the room. Because of all these leaks, the rooms and hallways all smelled like mold. Wouldn’t recommend.

Cuartos limpios, buen desayuno. Pensaba que como compré en oferta no iba a conseguir calidad y me equivoqué. Vuelvo y lo recomiendo.

Clean rooms, GREAT location!!

Room was clean and had all the amenities: towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, etc. Air conditioning is good in the roomZ Lighting in room not very bright, only lamps and wall sconces but not a problem. 24 hour laundry service is handy, although the soap machine wasn’t working. However, CVS is only a walk away. Close to iHop and Arby’s. Easy to get picked up by RideShare vehicles. Staff are friendly, helpful and available 24/7.
