What business this hotel has charging resort fees, I have no idea. Overall the property was terribly maintained. The main pool had a constant layer of scum and crud on the top of the pool all 4 days of our stay. The bar was never open by the pool, you had to walk indoors to the bar and order and 30 minutes later it would be to you. The bathroom’s shower in our room had a dirt ring inside of the tub and there was hair from previous guests everywhere along with rust rings on just about everything you can imagine. The room was not refreshed a single time during our 4 day stay, every night we would have to call for fresh towels. Our trash was mounding by the end of our stay it was disgusting. We had a scheduled late check out but no one must have been on the same page as housekeeping was knocking at 11am and the front desk was calling at 12:30 asking why our belongings were still in the room. This property was entirely overpriced as the only thing going for it was the location. We will not be rebooking with this hotel when we visit next. I advise anyone looking for a cheaper hotel close to the parks to continue looking. And if you do have to book a stay here, avoid the con man located across from check in at all costs as they will try to sell a day at a water park where you “stay for 90 minutes then they give you a $150 visa gift card” …… yeah right.

The way the person responsible of breakfast, she is great principally when she was treating others. I really appreciated N/A

Super nice!! Clean, felt super luxurious. Outside is a little outdated and weird looking but the inside was BEAUTIFUL!!! WANNA GO BACK!

The staff was both helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, some of the housekeepers did not understand English. We asked for large replacement bath towels and neither on the floor housekeeper understood what was being requested of them. After we provided them with our dirty bath towels, to serve as an explanation, our housekeeper replaced them with hand towels(we were out of bath not hand towels). So, my wife went down to the front desk, stood in a long line, and requested bath towels. I travel pretty extensively and I havenoticed lately that discriptions and ratings are very deceptive. It appears that the travel industry is making effort to boost appeal not true quality or excellent service.

Comfortable stay, room was very nice inside. Bathroom shower was very nice. No trash bags were available for the room though. Overall, im happy with the two day stay.

The rooms were clean and had a nice smell. Nice pool area and friendly staff.
