Most outstanding was the view of Diamond from my hotel window. Convenient location for my needs. Friendly staff! Restaurant ops was great! And the coffee and food spot was also great! I will stay here again definitely!
-
Great location, amenities & absolutely wonderful staff from start to finish! Restaurant was delicious. Lobby as well as upstairs wall of history were both lovely. Our room was clean, cute & just what we needed. Lei workshop was a nice perk. We will definitely be back!

The images that appeared in this application when I made the reservation are not the same. When I went to the pool it was totally different with a totally different view

Excellent
-
It is an outdated hotel since we were basically just sleeping and leaving. It worked ok.

I arrived at the hotel at 11 AM. I realize that check-in wasn’t until three. I was tired and I just wanted to take a shower and chill. I was told at the front desk that they would let me know if my room was available earlier than three. I went back twice and was told there was no way I was going to check in until three because nobody was checking in until three. I still don’t really understand why. I know it’s a privilege to check in early, but I’ve never had such a stark No answer in terms of checking in early. People have to check out at 11 why wouldn’t a room be done before three.

Everything about this place was amazing
-
The standout service was Housekeeping - very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The Front Desk checkin wasn't so nice charging us a resort fee of $50/day ( instead of $35 as advertised on Expedia) and giving us a room with a nice view BUT with alot of traffice noice (even onthe 7th Floor) *AND* (most noisy of all) immediately adjacent to a a staff room dedicated to trash disposal that sounded like slamming furniture (compacting) between 8 to 5pm. VERY noisy - never heard anything quite like it. Overall I felt punished for booking on Expedia - UGH.

Shops were conveniently located

Loved the coffee shop, the restaurant, the pool area was immaculate with an amazing view of Diamond Head. Such a great stay and so close to the beach and everything else!
-
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The DECK restaurant and bar had great drinks and food, very convenient, with a beautiful view. Will definitely return.
-
The property was clean and comfortable. The only issue was after checkout we still had 3hrs before our transport back to the airport, you would think they would hold our luggage complimentary just as they did before check-in. However there was a charge to do the same thing after checkout that was free before check-in.
-
The bus stop is right in front of the hotel Nice pool and bar The staff are super friendly.

Rooms were clean, but very dated furniture. Shops in were constantly closed prior to posted closing time. Restaurant (the Deck) poolside had decent service. However, they didn’t serve poolside, you were required to go and order at the bar and wait. Thankfully, there’s plenty of restaurants And ABC stores within walking distance to accommodate snacks and food requirements. The pool area was decent with nice loungers. If you’re looking for luxury, not your cup of tea. If you plan to be at Waikīkī beach most of the day and outdoors. This could be a good option for a reasonable price. Note. They are located at the end of main Waikīkī.

The hotel is nice. It’s in a great location and it’s more quiet than other areas of Waikiki. Beautiful views and the staff were especially welcoming and nice. I’d definitely plan on staying again.
-
Great hotel to stay in very close to the beach and walking distance to everything. Will be staying here again!!
