Offers beach towels, chairs , cooler / floaties and even ice! Such a great place to stay in Waikiki. Close to the beach & amazing staff. Highly recommend coming here

I love this place dearly. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The room meet the expectations, it was clean and exactly like the photos. It was a block away from Waikiki and a block away from the bus stop. It had air conditioning all around: they had a nice lobby. They offered beach towels, beach chairs, & bicycles for hotel guests. They had a matcha in the lobby as well which was pretty good. Over all 10/10! Definitely a must.

I was not expecting to be so close to the beach and near the heart of everything. Fun hotel with a great location with a great price.

The hotel is clean and nice however when you check in there is a fee per day it’s $45 a day for amenities etc. how is that possible the place have no pool, no bar no lounge no gym and they are charging you added fees for what!!! Same your money and stay somewhere else it would be cheaper, I can understand if they are on the beach and had added amenities but that’s not the case

Exceptional

The hotel's location was very good, close to restaurants, the beach. The coupon for a free 2 hour bike ride was very nice, although we didn't get to use it because of the weather.

Bad

Despite Expedia selling me a room in a totally sold out hotel, the staff at Renew were very kind and understanding. They made the calls and got me a room at a sister hotel.

Receptionist was nice. No hot water. Elevator was down for half the stay. Key card did not work randomly.

We couldnt belive after staying here n us checking in for the first time that the staff did not greet us after coming and going and even asking for directions or after coming in from dinner at 8pm and 5 pm not once did they say hello , hi , or a smile to look up at me or my wife who noticed this after the first night ... Wow SMH.... sad just sad customer service

So close to the beach! Provided towels, snorkels, volleyballs, and was quiet. The cafe attached was really convenient, had a great time and the workers were attentive and friendly, would stay again!

Very nice location right by the beach, shops, and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Clean room. I Would definitely stay here again.
