The room was disgusting. It seemed like

The shower ran nonstop but never got warmer than lukewarm. Maintenance said just to let it run but that did not work. There’s only 19 parking spaces so we had to find parking the first few nights. We were woken up 5 nights out of 10 by other drunk guests in the middle of the night.

Balcony. The crisp AC.

Clean rooms. Excellent staff.

The room, the deck on the roof. The staff were ever friendly and helpful.

Close walk to the beach, and they had floats and boogie boards you could borrow. Not a lot of parking, but staff was super helpful is giving directions on where to park nearby.

It’s an excellent location. I wish there was a microwave oven.

Stuff was friendly and helpful. We had access to beach towels and ice for our ice chest. Ch3ck out was a breeze. Small room but enough for our needs.

I was there from the 13 to 15 during LaLa storm . We were forced to checkout and rebook . My cruise was canceled so I paid for an extra day . On the 16th NCL was not given the ok to depart so we were forced to decided to book another day , no empathy was so ever by 12:30 again we were asked to book an extra day . At around 3:00 NCL sent an email that they were given clearance to depart . I asked for our refund and was only given 71 out of 189 dollars. I will dispute it my credit card , many people were in the same boat . A guest at the hotel said she was going to contact the news . Awful experience .

The location is AWESOME!!! The room served its purpose well. We were barely in it. Everything was in walking distance. The excursions were amazing and well priced! I was disappointed that we didn’t get the balcony room as the picture shows but it didn’t ruin the experience. Our week there was great. Would definitely stay again.

For the price, I guess it was ok. The first night the counter person was rude and I told him I needed to talk to supervisor and he laughed at me and said he was the only one there. I told him I was going to find somebody anyways and he changed his tone of voice. Then, I was out of hand soap for three days even though I requested it twice. Finally, i never had hot water in room 606. I was offered another room but we were a group and wanted to stay on the same floor with the rest of us and I was tired and said no for the night. Next day in the morning, they were full. Luckily, I was able to take showers in my friend’s room. I really liked the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. I like that it had a little stove, I didnt use it, but I guess it was good for whoever needed it. It is also good that is per friendly. Also, I like that it had a lanai from where we were able to watch the fireworks.

Good location I really like location

I was upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, but unfortunately, it was essentially useless because there were no utensils, pots, pans, or even a dish scrubber. The room also smelled strongly like old squid, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. On top of that, there was a random wire hanging out of the wall, which was concerning. Overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable and far below what I expected.

“Found a cockroach in our room and reported it to the front desk with a recording. They said the manager wasn’t available and took our number, but we never heard back over two days. When we followed up, the front desk just said ‘sorry.’ Parking was forty-five dollars a night, but the free lot was a quarter mile away, so we had to walk. On top of that, there was a twenty-five dollar amenity fee. The lack of follow-through from management was really disappointing.”

The rooms are large and had a kitchenette. There was a washer and dryer on the floor e were staying on. All of the staff were courteous, and helpful. They treated everyone with respect and compassion!
