Hotel does not offer free parking, instead they charge 50$ dollars a night so you have to park by there but it’s almost impossible to find parking!

Our stay was fantastic thanks to the incredible team. Vince greeted us with such genuine hospitality, and Marcos was exceptionally patient, even walking us to the ice machine and offering his help every single day. We truly appreciated their outstanding service.

We were assigned a room where there was a stinking smell. After our room was changed to the room with the balcony and no smell it was a great stay.

Great stat at La Croix. Location amenities and free beach chairs were available. Look for a room that includes parking if you have a car. Savings of 52$ a day because we had a room with parking included. A super staff at reception helped us every day.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Centered in Waikīkī it’s close to everything. Staff very friendly.

The Hotel La croix is great for people on a budget who want to be close to town. However, the photos on Expedia only show the renovated rooms, but they have a lot of older rooms which i got. I was not able to switch either. For a quick trip though, i didn’t mind too much.

I don’t know if I would stay again. Likely not.

Great location for overall experience in Waikiki. Beach is only about 2 blocks away but it in central area for other parts of Honolulu. Room was little smaller than usual but still cozy and quaint.
-
Clean room. The bathroom needs some work. Otherwise, the place is comfy. I would go back to this place again. I wish they had shared with me that I get breakfast.
-
The balcony gave us a bit of trouble because the sign that says the door locks if you’re outside and close it all the way is covered by the curtains… useful information.

The rooms are spacious. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The breakfast needs more varieties and not make people wait. When they run out. They should always have a reserve to replace the food. The hotel needs renovation.

Booked La Croix hotel based on the positive Expedia reviews but was sadly disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. After checking in a littler after 9 pm HST, we went up to our room to find that the fitted sheet on our bed had what looked to be an old blood or ketchup stain. In addition to this, there was no remote control for the tv. Coming off a 5+ hour flight, the last thing we wanted or expected was stained sheets and no remote control. So I went down to the lobby (no phone in the room to call reception) to ask the receptionist if we could please move to another room due to the circumstances. She didn't even try looking into the system to see if there was another room available and just offered a clean fitted sheet that we would need to change ourselves. The lack of effort to even accommodate a room change given the situation was not what I was expecting. In addition to this, the person in line in front of me was expressing her frustration with the room not appearing like the photos on the website. This was an issue in my room as well with calcium deposits around the bathroom sink. What really made this stay one of the worst was getting an email from staff saying they were unable to locate the stain on the sheets insinuating that i was lying about the situation? You have so many options in Waikiki, do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Did not get the 'Aloha' spirit/vibes.

Very comfortable bed.

We are here during Hurricane LaLa. Staff very helpful and cheerful during power outage and weather related issues.

The best place, the people was really kind and the place was so central to go to the beach. No.
