Great stay for the family. Very comfy. Will be returning again.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

The room so small the lady on the front office is so rude if u need help they not help you!lady on the front desk make me cry when I try to found how do the early check out . The doors not having any inside locking so if someone also know the doors code You and your family are unprotected. We had to put chairs behind the door in case someone tried to break in at night. Definitely we are not come back again..

This condo is small, but very functional.We didn't realize that the bunk beds are right outside of the bedroom, but a good use of space. The balcony does have a good view of the ocean and there are 4 chairs to sit in. It is in walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. You will get access to both pools which is good because one pool seemeed to be the party pool and the other one was families with kids. The main negative is that the curtains from the patio are not light blocking so as soon as the cun comes up the condo is full of light. I would stay here again.

Check-in process was terrible from the time of the booking to arriving and not being able to check-in. Then calling the “after-hours” number to be told that my reservation had been cancelled and I could only rebook with directly with the property, which I am sure would have been at a higher rate. My family essentially waited in the cold for almost a full hour while the two parties (property and hotels.com) tried hashing it out. Then I called the “after hours” myself again, just to have the nicest person ever help me get my reservation reinstated and my family out of the cold and in the room. I wish I got that ladies name, but she was a true professional unlike the other individuals that I had spoken to previously.

Great location. Beds were pretty comfortable. If staying more than one night the lil kitchenette would be helpful and the balcony view of the ocean was really nice. They do charge for parking and I wish they could prorate that by the day not the week. On the website there is some confusion about the limit to 4 people and over that a charge, they just haven’t updated the paperwork so if you are a family of 5 and one can sleep on couch you’re fine 👍

Wonderful staff! The room we were in was clean, but in need of an update.

My only “complaint” is no fault of anyone. Our upstairs neighbors sounded like elephants. If i was a confrontational person i could have called them on the line but i rather of just put up with it lol. Also, i thought there was a hot tub but when i called up to the front to ask why it wasn’t getting hot they said “it’s not a hot tub it’s just a tub” albeit the pool is heated! Over all it was a great price and we really enjoyed our experience.

We had a great time in Galveston. This condo was clean and cozy and literally in the middle of everything!

If you are on the east side of the complex facing road its extremely loud from crazy drivers on the street. Other than that pools are great and convenient. Plenty of covered parking which is important for us.

The condo was very nice, and centrally located to events and the beach. Will definitely stay here in the future.

We choose Casa Del Mar year after year. It is a comfortable stay with a close walk across the Seawall to the pier for fishing and beach access. It has a very at home feel and the staff have always been attentive and friendly. Looking forward to our next trip!
