We stayed at the hotel for one night while traveling across North Dakota. It was a good stop. The property was clean and, in fact, was being repainting. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful. The adequately equipped fitness center was greatly appreciated. Breakfast selections were mediocre but the hostess was very efficient.

Room clean and spacious. Bed comfortable and slept well. Location convenient. GREAT Mexican restaurant nearby. Breakfast very good, but cream or half and half for coffee would be nice. Check in quick.

When checking in there was a large group in the common area being loud & the front desk attendant was partying it up with them. It was distracting during the check-in process. There is no hot breakfast besides making a waffle. Not sure if this is just weekdays or everyday. Our key cards randomly stopped working & the front desk attendant was helpful & swiped them in the system & got them working again.

The Microtel was understaffed! The lights in the room were terrible! Breakfast was just okay nothing to write home about!Would not recommend!!!!!

I've been staying here for 10 years when I travel there. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I asked for my room to get vacuumed and clean towels halfway through my stay but that did not happen so when I went to the front desk for clean towels, the note was still laying on the front desk. Their coffee is horrible.

The rooms were very clean & very comfortable. We were mostly there to sleep so do not use amenities. The breakfast is like most hotels, good!

The air from the air conditioner smelled musty and the carpets could use a deep clean. Bed was comfortable and location convenient.

Staff was friendly. Food was usually cold, shower leaked onto floor, staying 3 nights, clean towels were never provided, walls are very thin, next room was up all night, closing doors, bouncing a volleyball and talking loudly. (Why didn't I complain? In today's day and age, complaining may not be good for your health!!)

The queen beds were made with the sheets on sideways. A little more training is needed. The breakfast area was not large enough to seat everyone and the day Sherri was off, her replacement didn’t know how to handle the situation. Sherri opened up a meeting room to accommodate the overflow when she was on duty. I think the Mgr on Duty, Nicole, needs to provide better leadership and training.
