Very nice clean room. Staff was great. Breakfast OK but nothing special. Pool and hot tub were great.

Helpful staff. Very comfortable.

Blackjack table

Neighbors were good, and quiet. The room was dated and some of it was falling apart. The AC didn’t work hardly at all and the mirror in the bathroom made a terrible buzzing sound whenever the light was on. The sink faucet was broken and didn’t work. We also stepped on staples multiple times, which would’ve been bad if we weren’t walking with shoes on, or found them before stepping on them. our door was also incredibly squeaky and some of the lights by the bed didn’t work.

Our room did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The floor had not been vacuumed, there were stains on the walls and flooring, and the furniture throughout the room was chipped and very worn. The shower was old and honestly just felt gross. The shower curtain was brown along the bottom, and the shampoo and conditioner dispenser had apparently fallen off the wall and was stuck to the bottom of the tub. The sink also leaked underneath. There wasn't even a room number sign outside our door. Breakfast wasn't much better. Some of the equipment, including the pancake maker, didn't work, which just added to the overall feeling that the property is poorly maintained. We were also traveling with dogs, and there really wasn't a good or convenient area outside for pets. Considering the condition of the hotel and the lack of a decent pet area, the amount they charge for dogs is ridiculous. I don't expect a hotel to be fancy, but I do expect it to be clean and reasonably maintained. Unfortunately, this hotel was neither. The entire property felt neglected and in need of a serious deep cleaning and updating. I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend it.

Staff were disengaged and not welcoming. Trash by hotel entrance that was still there the next day. Dirty elevator. Odd empty cavernous feeling in public spaces — artwork missing on walls. Must be in transition, but we were given no warning of this. In our room, the lamp shade was cracked and crumpled. In our bathroom, the dispenser labeled ‘lotion’ was actually more liquid soap. Overall felt drab and a little depressing. Pool area is nice and looked clean, with extra large hot tub. Included breakfast was very good. We will NOT stay here again.

Dirty and run down

Generally quite good. The point loss was because our carpeting had a 4' sq. section that had obvious debris. Broken up popcorn, maybe. Excellent breakfast.

We had a king suite and there was no fridge in the room, over half the lights didn't work on the room. Lamps that didn't even have a bulb. The toilet ran so it wouldn't flush correctly. There was garbage on the floor and wasn't vacuumed. We had a power strip in the room that was duct taped to the wall, but it had fallen off the wall, which the lamp plugged into it didn't even work. Staff was friendly when we made our complaint. Didn't offer any compensation though.

Room lighting was really dim; no ice machine on my floor; found one in another wing on first floor. Food was pretty good at the restaurant but service was just fair!

There was a full size refrigerator in our room. The main areas were filthy, the pool area especially. There weren’t towels in the pool area and not enough in our rooms. The front desk person seemed annoyed that we were there. Seems like some areas are falling apart.

Very good

The hotel breakfast buffet is just like any other hotel, don’t read to much into it. Powdered eggs, microwaved sausage links, mostly fried potatoes, and small pancakes.

Very mediocre property . I wouldn’t pay more than 130 night for it . The restaurant attached was a joke . Server kept leaving to have a smoke outside during busy hours . Food was ok somehow .

It’s was a good price and easy to get there. It needs some TLC. The tub didn’t drain, shelf torn off in shower and not repaired. Just needs to look like someone cares about how things look.

It was a good price. Rooms were really nice size. Continental Breakfast. Really needs some TLC. Shower didn’t drain well, shower shelf broken off in corner and not fixed, jets didn’t work in hot tub. Not a bad place just needs some attention.

Property had some wear. Facilities a little old dated
