No staff to check in used kiosk to get room key

Hotel was clean and maintained well. Never saw a staff member, your on your own for check in and out. Place was nice and quiet for those who are looking for sleep and rest.

No closet in the room. Room layout is awkward. We had to check in using a kiosk that literally spit out out our key cards with no room number. Used the house phone to call someone for our room number. Could hear it ring and the guy talking to us on the phone, but never came out to the desk. Never saw an employee at all on our stay. Very lazy and cheap in my opinion to run a hotel that way.

Disappointing

Nice place. Would stay here again. First hotel I went to that did not have a front desk person there on duty. When you arrive there is only a kiosk. Easy to use. There is a phone to use if there is a problem. The kiosk dispences your door key.

Best hotel of my three-week cross-country trip. The only thing wrong with this place was that the carpet was so plush and new that the room door wouldn't always close by itself. Great bed. Nice tub/shower. Comfortable couch and furniture. The gym has a universal and several aerobic machines. The pool was good. The lady that checked me in was incredibly helpful. Beautiful lobby.

We did not see any staff??? There was not any breakfast but the price was good.

It looked really nice when I booked and we got there. Our door didn't open all the way. It wouldn't shut without pushing it hard. It was dirty under the sink, in the tub, and around the stool in the bathroom. It's a very small room. I didn't like that there wasn't a breakfast and I didn't like that there weren't staff members there, just a kiosk to check in and get our keys.

Clean facility. It's easy to put lipstick on a pig. No one to assist at desk. Kiosk driven lobby. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. OLD There was a high pitched whine coming from the ceiling. ON for 10-15 minutes off for 5. All day and night! Talked to a worker in hall. NOTHING changed. I had earplugs. OR there was no way to sleep.

The room and the facility was comfortable and mostly clean. Everything looks to be updated. The included toiletries could have been better; there is no conditioner, and I'm pretty sure both the body soap and the shampoo dispensers contained the same product because it smelled/looked exactly the same and the 'shampoo' left my hair feeling like straw. The lotion dispenser was empty. The bathroom fan—if there even was one—didn't work at all. There were NO staff on site. There was a desk phone you could pick up, but I fail to see how that would be helpful in the case actual in-person assistance is needed, which brings me to my next points: The bottom of the shower curtain was COVERED in mold. And the smoke detector appeared to have been deliberately covered in plastic?? Which is a hazard!! I didn't notice either of these things until late at night, and I didn't feel like walking all the way downstairs to pick up a phone just to get assistance when I was already in my pajamas. The self checkout process failed entirely, so I spent the better part of the day worried I would be charged extra for not checking out on time. This has the potential to be a really nice place if the owner could be bothered to pay for attendants.

Check in was easy Room was not clean, floors were dirty, shower curtain was moldy, bathroom mirror had stuff on it, surfaces had sticky stuff that had been spilled on it, AC unit was noisy and the front fell off when adjusting temperature

Nice and new! We were early because our plans changed. We asked to check in early. Our room wasn’t ready which was fine and was put in early call list. Arely said she would call. Never received a call!
