Poor water pressure in the shower.

Great!!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean and open 24/7 which was super awesome. We also really enjoyed the beverage bar open 24/7 as well. The breakfast was also super tasty and had a rotation so you aren’t eating the same thing everyday. The location is in a very walkable/ubering distance to many things. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming, definitely made our stay extra special!

Parking is not included in your stay, you have to pay over $30 to park with the hotel per day, or you can park across the street for a little less. This was very inconvenient. The traffic noise is crazy loud all through the night. The Pantry payment system didn't work. Our shower did not work, and front desk was saying we would have to wait until after 11 am for maintenance to get there for shift before it could get fixed. That was not going to work as we had reservations and plans, we needed to get ready for. The front desk eventually came up and changed the shower head themselves.

Room was clean. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but that was to be expected. I enjoyed their continental breakfast before we started our day. Overall a good place to stay, nothing fancy. Staff were kind.

Great stay!

Flight was canceled so I didn't need the room. Called to see if they would cancel and refund, or change dates, or extend credit for future stay. They did none of the above. Basically crooks. Stay away.

Great hotel, close to 16th street, very convenient for public transportation.

Wonderful location centered close to the capital , walking distance to 16th street and all it has to offer. The properties amenities were wonderful, large fridge , ice maker , small kitchen. The breakfast was more than expected . The pool and fitness were delightful, we enjoyed our time in both, we had both to ourselves. Additionally, something I haven’t seen at hotels. Dove products with a hand soap dispenser, no bar of soap. That’s thinking

Great hotel right in downtown Denver. Easy to reach the 16th Street Mall, State Capital, Broadway, and much more. Rooms are very adequate with plenty of space. Breakfast was nice, but could use more options. The building does need some maintenance. Two lights in our kitchen did not work. The railing by the pool stairs was ripped out of it's mounting. Water pressure in the shower was pretty low. But other than those issues, it was a nice property. If the price is right, I would stay there again.

Room was clean and staff was friendly

After my father passed away, I made several attempts to contact the hotel to request a change of my reservation dates due to this unforeseen tragedy. I was completely ignored and never received a single response. According to Expedia, they were able to reach the hotel, but the hotel refused to reschedule my stay. I also contacted IHG Customer Service, whose staff were kind, understanding, and genuinely sympathetic. They told me that if I had booked directly through IHG, they would have changed my reservation because they understood my circumstances. They even tried to contact the hotel manager on my behalf but were unable to get any response. What disappointed me the most was not necessarily the refusal to accommodate my request, but the complete lack of empathy and communication. Ignoring a guest who has just lost a parent is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Their lack of communication and basic human compassion speaks volumes about how they treat their guests.

The room was great, housekeeping was amazing, the problem was the shower, the water pressure and temperature had a mind of its own, it would be great pressure and hot one minute then no pressure and freezing! There was nothing they could do about it…..

Our room was clean, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was pretty good!

Fantastic selection of breakfast items available. Weekly evening happy hour was AWESOME! Disappointed about $32 daily parking fee (limited spaces). Metered street parking (2 hour max available). Paid parking lot across street from property.

Breakfast was amazing. More options than most hotels. Hot tub was nice but small. Staff were friendly. We never received the pillows for the pull out bed, had to go ask and only gave us 1. Parking is horrible and you pay $27 to park in a lot across the street. Trying to get to the hotel was a challenge. The address on Colfax, leads to another hotels parking garage. Then it’s on a one way street. Circled several times to figure it out as all the streets around it are one way. Overall, nice hotel.

Everything was great! Ashley was super kind and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing wish they could have had bacon. I liked everything. Just wish tv's were smart tvs for to watch Netflix
