Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown

Room was clean, staff was attentive and check-in was a breeze. Great location to walk to all things downtown.

The staff was friendly and helpful… the hotel did seem on the older but, it was clean. We were sad to find out there was no pool but not a deal breaker.

Nice room for the price. Great staff. Awesome coffee shop. Close to things downtown and to transit options.

Nice room. Clean and quiet. No major amenities, but enough. Breakfast offers continental for $10 which is very reasonable. It was a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel, it’s annoying they charge you for water bottles in the room when other hotels don’t do that. It wasn’t fancy water either, it was just Niagara bottles… Overall though, nice hotel, friendly staff and decent amenities in the heart of Downtown Denver.

Only reason it wasn’t a 5 star was due to a mishap during check in. Wasn’t the staffs fault but my reservation couldn’t be located after booking through Expedia. The gentleman at the front desk was patient, apologetic and nice! He was able to get it figured out. There was a mishap with the room as well, reserved a two queen bed room and received only one bed. Again the gentleman at the front desk fix it quick! The staff was great, nice at the front desk, in the elevator and looking to help wherever needed. Give them a raise! 5 star for staff 4 star for the reservation mishap

Nice clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff

We asked to get a refund due to a family emergency. We originally contacted the hotel and they said no. Then Expedia tried and same thing. Talked to corporate and then proceeded to tell us our room had been canceled. We called back to the hotel to tell them we only wanted to cancel if there was a refund but would keep it if not. They proceeded to hang up the phone on us. I am or should I say I WAS a Hilton Member. I will never stay at a hotel by them again. In a time of need and understanding we were completely disrespected

Rooms were well maintained and the lobby water was addicting.

Unfortunately the network was down and we weren't able to check in until later that evening when the staff figured out a work around. It wasn't ideal, but you could tell the staff were trying their best.

Was traveling with a companion who arrived that the hotel first. The hotel was booked under my name and held by my credit card. The hotel ran his card for incidentals and, even after a thorough discussion with the manager about charging the room on my card, the hotel charged my friends are for the entire stay. I was not happy!

Tried to cancel my room because of an emergency. I did not stay there and was still charged for the room. So I won't be using this hotel again. If you're ill or have anything that might keep you from traveling skip this hotel. Ive never agreed to give money away for not being there for medical reasons. Im sure there response is i could have cancel weeks ago. But one day or 2 days your stuck. Buyer beware.
