I was really hoping to have a wow experience. When I stayed for the Hospitality convention last year, the staff helped with everything getting luggage out and just being available. So when I brought my parents and family I thought this is going to be great. It wasn't what I thought. Valet wasn't even there when we arrived so my parents where unloading and just confused while I checked in. I will admit Jim ended up redeeming the valet team. he seems amazing and I hope appreciate him. And then coming from someone in the industry at check in time exceptional since you guys use laptops you should have 4 ppl working, your lines for that are crazy.

Room and lobby were clean. Outside by valet, the trash was overflowing. When we checked in, in the rain the onsite parking was full. My husband had to park in the public parking garage 3 blocks away. At check in the front desk told us our room did not have a sofa bed, I had to prove what I booked and then found out all rooms have a sofa bed.
