Staff was more than hospitable and very friendly. Hotel is located in a great location and we were able to walk to most places. We will be back!

The property is located in a perfect area. Walking distance to so much! The huge Starbucks is a block away, you can go to Ralph Lauren’s coffee, which is one block away and the drugstore is also one block away. The bus stops right there as well. The doorman was wonderful in getting us a car to go downtown. The room was large and well appointed.

The staff was fantastic!

The location was excellent and made it easy to access many of Chicago's attractions. Staff were professional, and I had no significant issues during my stay. My only minor criticism was the bar selection. I tend to prefer sweeter, more creative cocktails, and the drink options didn't quite match my taste. However, this was a small issue and did not affect my overall experience. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend the hotel to travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Chicago.

The staff was super nice and helpful right from the minute we pulled up.

We were very well located on the Magnificent Mile in the center of everything we wanted to do. We were able to walk to most of the things we wanted to see and do! The staff was very helpful! Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Chicago!

Staff was great, hotel was clean and very up to date. Room was extremely spacious and bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Decor from the 1980s, in desperate need of a renovation. Stained lobby carpet Popcorn ceilings Cheap fixtures No fan in the bathroom Blackout shades that don’t completely cover the light Reviews for this “hotel” were good and it’s stated as “luxury”, but it is anything but that. Felt like a motel and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Terrible bed! And pillows, the rest was not bad
-
Staff were all excellent. Safe property. Good location.
-
I had a pipe issues . Maybe because the hotel was a little old.
-
The room and bathroom was spacious, clean and convenient to where we were going. The porters downstairs and the waiters were very nice and helpful. We were on the 24th for and the noise from traffic and sirens was more than expected at night. The bathroom needs a FAN!

On-site restaurant had excellent food and staff were kind and courteous!

Great value. Hotel located in in the midst of everything. Hotel staff professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

The staff is very helpful and kind. Our room was not ready when arrived but we were able to leave our luggage/bags with the bellmen so we could roam around the city which was helpful for us. Room service was quick and helpful as well. My family and I did not have a chance to try their restaurant, but we were given complimentary drinks. Hotel is overall was very pleasant. Would come back and recommend to others.

Location is prime shopping areas

Stay was great. The only complaint is you here ambulance and firefighter sirens all day it feels like. The hotel is by a hospital. Sleeping wise wasn't that great.

The staff are warm and welcoming. Hotel has a great vibe. Breakfasts are a must for anyone staying at the hotel. Lox on Sourdough was my favorite. Nancy was absolutely wonderful. The doormen are fantastically helpful and friendly too. Special mention goes out to Ham. He is awesome. We had a corner suite on the 18th floor. Spectacular views.
