Room was clean. The pool could have been a little cleaner, but was fine for our purposes. Hotel had everything we needed. The staff was beyond helpful and very friendly - especially Patrick in the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect! Walked to Oak Street Beach and the Museum of Ice Cream. We also walked to Navy Pier, but I recommend taking CTA for that in hindsight ;). Great shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a great time however there was an issues with dirty linens on the pullout sofa couch. The staff was very friendly and rectified the issue quickly.

Wonderful stay! The ladies working in the lounge were also so kind. The only complaint would be no microwaves in the rooms but we will just know that for next time. Was a great stay!

My room had ants, the toilet was clogged upon arrival, I booked a room with a glass shower and got the dreaded classic dirty shower curtain, and the AC would not blow out ANY cold air. Had to sleep with window open AT MY 4 STAR HOTEL.

Staff was very nice and friendly - pool was clean all areas were clean. Parking was simple and easy. We would choose to stay here again when in Chicago. We arrived early wasn’t counting on getting in early but was able to 3 hours early. Very cool

Hotel was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping on Michigan Avenue; room was large, clean and comfortable; bar/lounge was lively; and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
