The room was perfect and the staff is so nice and helpful! The parking was pretty expensive but understandable. There is a chipotle connected which was perfect for when we wanted to grab a quick dinner! Last thing is that breakfast ended at 9 am which was quite early for us who had stayed out late so I wish it was until at least 10 am

Great location and staff where wonderful.
-
View from the 36th floor was amazing. Breakfast is open till 10am not 9am. Cleaning staff was top notch. Parking is quite expensive because you have to pay for valet service however you can use your car as many times as you want.
-
Clean hotel, friendly staff in a great location. The fixtures/styling are a little dated however the quality and cleanliness stands out as a great comfortable stay.

All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The main service was pretty good too. Except one incident in the showers the previous guest hair was still on the shower wall

The experience wasn’t great. The couch had a stain and so we flipped the cushion over to only find another stain (gross). The refrigerator could barely keep a drink cold, let alone any food. We requested a microwave (due to medical issues a heating device is needed) and were told they are asked that frequently, but it wasn’t an option, which was very frustrating. I also asked three different kitchen employees about food ingredients due to allergies and not one could answer any questions or get an ingredients. Food allergies and common and not to have this information available is disappointing. I even messaged on the app for the information and no one responded. I also have a message parking was $69 per night and the sign outside says $69 per night. However I was charged $73.34 per night. The room was basic and the sheets were clean, but if staying any more than a night I wouldn’t stay here again.

-
The bed was comfortable The location was close to the RedLine station which makes it easy ti get to/from Ohare International Airport Plenty of shopping snd restaurants. Friendly staff even though they seem understaffed.

Clean and spacious room, friendly staff.
-
outlets were not working and water was not hot

Our stay was terrific from beginning to end. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful.
-
The staff was truly the highlight of the stay. Hats off to the front desk staff. They were excellent. The room definitely could use updates. The paint appears like a patched up ceiling leak. But it was still clean and housekeeping made sure we were satisfied. We didn’t use parking so no review on that. The amenities were not useful, no pool and the gym appeared old and creepy. It was on the top floor and had a really musty smell. It would be beautiful if it was updated because it overlooks the city, very great potential. The breakfast was the 2nd highlight of my stay. Delicious, hot and plentiful. The staff kept everything clean and available. The staff is the highlight of the entire stay. Overall 3.9 stars

The breakfast in the morning was excellent and lasted from 6 AM-10 AM. The room was spacious and the view from the 23rd floor was awesome. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and super helpful! This hotel was conveniently located in the downtown area and close to a subway stop as well. Lots of restaurants and shopping also in the neighborhood. We loved our trip to Chicago!
