With that being said the staff was kind and courteous. The hotel is located in a fabulous location near everything you would want to do. This is a good choice is you are looking for a clean and basic place to stay.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! My friend and I were in town to see the BTS concerts! We arrived at 12 hoping to just drop our bags off and come back around 4 when che k-in starts, but we were allowed to check in and get to our room 4 hours early, for no extra fee! We also received complimentary tickets to the House of Blues our first night. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel lobby had a nice sitting area and a little convenience corner where we bought some much-needed snacks and drinks after the concerts. Overall it was such a nice experience!

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly, its right on the river, everything is very clean, hotel bar area is always a vibe, they offer freebies and discounts on food/drinks/entertainment, and there are so many restaurants within a few feet.

Location is just soooo good at this hotel. Will defo book again wheb visiting Chicago next time even tho the room felt a bit outdated, however it was clean and rooms.
