Loved L7. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable and the window seating and river view are so fun! Top notch for cleanliness and amenities:coffee and tea in room, air purifier, clothes steamer, great lighting, yoga mat and weights, filtered drinking water, hydrating facial mask, and very peaceful! They thought of everything! We throughly enjoyed L7 and highly recommend!

Love this hotel. The best room layout/style of any hotel I frequent. The hotel staff is also super happy/helpful. Big fan of what they do here, especially the smile and helpful attitude of Antonio as soon as you arrive!

Neat room with modern aesthetic. Location is great and they have a Korean Restaurant, Perilla Steakhouse, where you can order breakfast or lunch delivered to your room.

Walkable and convenient. Only downside is parking is so expensive downtown $69 a day for valet.

Fantastic location - so central to the river and millennium park. Hotel was really well appointed with nice attention to detail. We had a room on the 11th floor and it was so quiet - I couldn’t hear any noise or sirens which given our location was very surprising. Rooms were large with nice touches - robes, safes, a yoga mat, dumbbells and a fridge. For 2 people travelling with dietary restrictions this was so helpful - we could buy our own milk and food and store it in the fridge. Normally they are crammed with chargeable drinks etc, so this was a good add-on. Helpful as the restaurant in the hotel didn’t have gluten free bread or anything for breakfasts. Comfy beds, nice staff. Good valet service.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and u have to commend the staff on their level of service. They are always ready to assist you. The rooms are spacious and modern and even though it's in the middle of downtown its really quiet in the rooms.

There were flies in the room throughout my stay, which was definitely bothersome. It was unclear where these flies were coming from... because they were there when I entered the room for the first time. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay.

From the entrance, they welcomed us kindly, so it was a pleasant start.
