The hotel was very clean and had most of what we required in a vacation hotel. All the staff we encountered were excellent, they welcomed us with a smile and was always ready to assist.

First off, the room was very nice, bright and clean. The beach is just across the street, so that’s also a positive. The letdown was the pool. The hotel website photos are misleading; the pool is tiny! After a beach day, it’s nice to dip in the pool — if there was any room. It really is a kid’s pool, as it was during my stay. No bar or restaurant on site. My sense is this is a hotel for families with young kids, which is great if that’s your situation. If you are just looking for a couple’s getaway, maybe not so much.

We had a wonderful stay at ICONA Cape May! The room was great, comfortable, and clean, and the shuttle service was incredibly convenient and made getting around so easy. We also loved the beach chair service—it made spending the day at the beach completely stress-free. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We'd asked to stay an extra night (which was the start of the weekend) and they were able to accommodate us and even let us keep the same room. Loved the beach service and shuttle!

The hotel is clean and the shuttle service was excellent. The negatives are no workout facilities, bar/restaurant, and the pool was tiny.

Very clean, nice sized bathrooms and comfy beds. The beach service was fantastic. next time we will take advantage of the free shuttles to shopping.

The property was beautiful! We wished the pool was a little bigger and not as warm but the stay was great, room was cozy and staff were amazing! The pool was a little small and too warm and the bathroom was a little small and needs work. Tiles were broken and shower head wasn’t great!
