Great hotel excellent location and restaurant located in hotel was also very good!

Great hotel indoor pool and jacuzzi are a great option
-
Overall good but there’s some odor in the room.

The room we stayed in wasn’t really sound proof. Every morning we were awakened by the people above us, stomping back and forth across the floor and little feet (I assume they were Kids) running back and forth across the floor. So much for sleeping in.

Planning to return next summer.

Whole property was super clean and all the staffs were helpful. I enjoyed my stay here! I would love to visit again!

Cost of the room was reasonable for the location, amenities, etc. Other guests were friendly and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Pool was decent size and was in full use.

Clean great location

We had a nice stay and everyone we interacted with at the hotel were both professional and very friendly.

The hotel itself was nice but for the price they charge i expect my AC unit to work and blow cold air when its mid August . The complimentary towel they offer resembles a bib and was basically useless . The hotel obviously has no rules on guests hanging their clothing on the balcony railings since the guest downstairs from me had his whole wardrobe on hangars hanging from the public railings . Upon checkout the woman at the desk never once asked me how my stay was or if i enjoyed the hotel , i waited to the very end and then just divulged my unpleasantries since she wasnt going to ask . For the price of this hotel i would expect more , needless to say i wont be back .

The staff that check you in are all so helpful. They explain things thoroughly. I love that they offer chairs, towel and umbrella and have people that can help you set that up. I didn't take advantage but they offer the use of their bikes. That is a real plus for those that want to go a little further from the hotel or for a little exercise. The location is perfect - right on Beach Ave. where the boardwalk is and the beach is right across the street. The only reason I gave a four is the noise level at night. Not sure but I think it was people still at the pool or people were just out. Wish they have some kind of policy.

I also wanted to mention that the sofa bed mattress was completely worn out and uncomfortable; you could even feel the metal underneath. They should pay attention to that because someone is going to sleep there. I requested a room with two queen beds, and they gave me that one. I tried to change it, but you didn't help me. I'm completely disappointed with Expedia. I asked for what I had selected, and I also wanted to cancel the reservation because it was made by mistake. I had to pay for it, and it really wasn't good service.

Hemingway’s was Tops Eat there everyday. Breakfast was so filling. Only room for dinner Deliciously good.

Food for thought: They could manage the fitness room a little better, machines need some tuning up & supply necessities like disinfectant wipes, water cooler, etc. Pool towels are a bit small-2 per person would be more accommodating or invest in larger towels. A bit deceiving that the private cabana on the beach is included….it is not & is an extra hourly fee. What is included is an umbrella with 2 lounge chairs. Hope this helps ;)

My reason for a 3 star review rather than 5 star: the ice machine was not working (the weather was hot and I would have liked cold water); I received a text from the front desk that there would be a yoga class that actually never happened (although a number of us waited around hoping an instructor would show up) and our room had a musty smell (maybe that is unavoidable in a hot beach environment).

property was very clean. Nice gift shop and other amenities. The main thing that we didn't like was the parking. Very hard to find a spot and really tight squeeze. I just don't understand why a room number can't have it's own parking spot assigned. It's not just this hotel. It's a pet peeve when it happens. The room smelled divine and was very comfortable. It was raining so we didn't get to use the pool but it looked like fun. Close enough to walk to Harry's which was great because I never would have made it into a parking spot after having so much fun there!
