Greeted upon arrival, coffee & water available 24/7 in lobby, room very clean, staff were exceptional and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
-
Good choices of breakfast and coffee.
-
Rooms were great, helpful staff, love the access to bikes. Lots of breakfast options, though the eggs were a bit dry.
-
Amazing facility. Great staff. Quiet room
-
Short stay, but very friendly staff, breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. No complaints
-
We stayed in a room with a full kitchen and we were very impressed by how spacious and functional it was. Better than some Boston apartments :) Unfortunately the pool was under repair while we were there. Using the neighboring pool was great. It wasn't a big problem, that's the only minor downside of our stay.

I didn’t like that the pool was out of service

Fantastic and easy check in. Very clean rooms. Very nice property. Will stay again when I return to Boston.

Quiet and clean. Pool was out of service.

The hotel is quite close to the seaport although really not in it. The rooms are new and quite comfortable. The check in process was fraught...computers glitchy and it was late ( after a pavilion concert). We wanted to see the seaport before the concert and there was no noon check in possibility. The usual 3 pm check in really doesn't work for this location.

Great place to stay and very welcoming

The room was clean and large. Having a kitchen was extremely useful. The staff were great and the breakfast was outstanding! A yogurt bar and fried eggs?! Above my expectations. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to maintenance and the valet parking was extremely pricey. The hotel was situated in the seaport district which was very walkable to restaurants and hop on/ off bus.

Friendly staff - clean room. No bar or restaurant on site - have to go across street to their sister hotel. Breakfast is terrible. $25 per night destination charge on top of expensive room, multiple taxes and an additional $54 per night for parking.
