Everything was great except parking is expensive. But it is everywhere in Boston

Great location to be close to the Seaport. The rooms are large and stocked well. The valet parking is expensive and did take a long time to retrieve our car. The staff were friendly however. Breakfast is good, and the view from our room of the seaport was great. Ala in all worth every penny. I would definitely stay again!

I love how organized the room was. Ramona from housekeeping was amazing. She was so helpful and so supportive. She paid attention to detail. I was able to see how she love what she does and that changes the atmosphere. It made me feel at home. Thank you Ramona 😊

Like the fact that it had a full kitchen. Though I did come in contact with a baby roach.

The room was spacious and clean, super convenient to the Leader Bank Pavillion.

We booked this room for 4 people, 2 kids included. I loved the space and in the suite, we also had a little kitchen which was great for being able to prep meals. The pull out couch was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was typical mass produced hotel breakfast, and the staff was nice however we didn't engage much with them after check in. The cost for valet was a little high, but we didn't want to walk far to collect our car.

Great for families

First, if you are catching a cruise ship, this is the place to stay. Very short maybe three block walk to the terminal. Breakfast at hotel is standard hotel stuff. Room was comfortable. We had a kitchen which was nice. You can walk to long wharf or the freedom trail if you like to walk. It is about 1.7 miles one way. There are a few restaurants in walking distance- maybe 15 minute walk. We also walked .8 miles to a grocery. But we are walkers. Not too much around there if you don’t walk or have a car handy.

This is the best hotel complex to stay while on your trips to Boston. I've stayed here two times now and I'll definitely stay here again. Close to the airport, easy to ride public transportation and within walking distance of so many things. Also just a quick car ride to downtown via uber or lyft. The hotel is neat, clean, and very inviting, plus the staff is GREAT!!!!
