Staff was friendly. Room (wheelchair accessible) was average. Soap/shampoo pump bottles (non-removable) were attached to upper left side of roll-in shower but seating was on the right side. A non-standing person cannot reach these bottles. The shelf in the bathroom holding the hair dryer and bath towels was inaccessible to a non-standing wheelchair user - too high. The shower head was set at the top of the pole - again, a non-standing wheelchair user cannot reach to adjust the height. Poor design overall - though the bathroom was large.

the welcome drink was a nice touch, the valet and luggage service was great, it was wonderful to be able to get our room before check in time The shower was a bit dated with a stain in one corner of the tub

The housekeeper was too loud and aggressive yelling down the hall as each person exited their room to figure out what was needed, eg towels. This was probably done to figure out which rooms had to be thoroughly cleaned vs minimally cleaned

Very nice hotel - great location, walking distance to all of Seaport. Room was great size and it was clean and updated. Some picky negatives - towels were like sandpaper and we asked for a cot and they gave us some nonsense about the fire code (have had cots in smaller rooms than that at plenty of other hotels). Overall good experience and would stay there again.

Lovely room with great views. Pillows were a little hard. I prefer softer, but it was very late when we retired so I didn’t call housekeeping to change them out.
