We loved everything about this property! But our best experience was with Michel (with one L) lol. She was so very sweet and k8nd and made my birthday feel so extra special!!! She is the main reason we will be returning here next year again for my birthday!!! And hope I get to see her again!! Everything was amazing and we felt very safe! And the room was clean and beautiful and spacious! Thank you kindly Michel for an amazing experience!!!!

We appreciate the magnifying mirror, too! The restaurant was nice and food tasty (we only had breakfast). The location was excellent with lovely harbor views and walkable to Camden Yard Stadium. We’ll definitely book again when we return to Baltimore.

The mattress needs to be changed. The flickering light on the ceiling is annoying. The walls are very thin; you can hear your neighbors' conversations. Water should be included in the room. Why isn't there a bathroom in the lobby? It's horrible that you have to go up to the 2nd floor.

The view of the Harbor was amazing. Facilities and amenities were great Was not able to call the front desk (no response/broken phone) or arrange for room service. Each request required a trip down to the vestibule. Wound up ordering delivery which apparently was the thing as there was a staged area for the various delivery services

The rooms where clean and the staff was very nice and everyone was good to us. The pool was clean and nice and lots to do there.
