Lovely!

Needs work: No food/snack vending or shop after hours, the room was dated and a bit shabby, the bathroom was very weird, dated, and had moldy areas With so many other choices in the inner harbor area, for the price, we probably won’t choose this one again until they renovate

Definitely need more hooks for towels and hanging clean clothes to change into in the bathroom. The refrigerators were difficult to operate - had to google the instructions. Would I stay there again? Absolutely! Would I recommend to friends to stay? Absolutely! Especially if you’re going to Camden Yards or A&T Bank Stadium - just a few blocks away!

Near the stadium A little bit expensive

Enjoyed my stay and the amenities. Staff at the Bistro were really nice! Hotel was within walking distance of the inner harbor. Wish i had more time to take full advantage of all the amenities.
-
Convenient location. Close to harbor with great view. Walking distance of aquarium. Parking next to hotel was reasonable rate. The front desk clerk seemed confused about our reservation done through Booking.com. I used my husband’s credit card, which she requested to see. He was waiting in the car so I went out to get it. When I came back she then told me, she needed to see him as well. I didn’t notice anyone else going through this. I thought it was strange. Never had that experience before. It was a little embarrassing.

the air conditioner was broken. It would not stop running. We got to our room very late and it was freezing. we could not cut it off. The next day they came and cut it off. He told us if we wanted to have it turn back on we would have to call the desk, even if you want to change the temperature' We had no control over the thermostat

My wife enjoyed the pool and breakfast was really good.

Great location, right across from Inner Harbor. Easy walk to concert venue. Not impressed with staff - not helpful and rather rude when asking for information or directions. They want to promote their restaurant, but the hours are rather limited. The valet team were great. Very kind and offered good advice. Would definitely stay again, but don’t expect or rely on front desk to assist in your stay. Do your own searches beforehand.

Stuff
-
Nothing. I was repeatedly charged for purchases I did not make & hotel staff could provide an explanation for why my card was charged for various amounts each day I stayed there.
-
The room was clean but some wear and tear could be seen. Staff was very nice and check-in/out was fast. The self parking was easy to manage.
-
Very nice and luxurious hotel in downtown Baltimore right across the street from Inner Harbor The rooftop pool with views of the city is a fabulous value add! All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Decent value for the nightly rate We opted out of the breakfast because it seemed like a very high price for a daily breakfast

• blackout curtains did not connect to wall lots of gaps of light simple Velcro or wait at the end of curtains can fix. Pleased overall with curtains just gaps of light ad Velcro snaps buttons something.. • 1p check out. 12p/12:15p knocks….was in a suite was it was rude…just a little • needed a comforter…seems like only a summer blanket was provided Pleased with room staff so helpful at the desk, garage attendant not so much. Friendly valet, shop needed more convenient store items. It was more like a café. Glad i had a high floor room will stay again Praise staff for their smiles, explanations and quick check in. Loved the security of the lobby bathroom and its decor Thanks for a nice stay
