Rooms definitely were showing signs of wear and tear. Our room was so hot, it took forever for the air conditioning to cool the room down. The gym was under construction, breakfast didn’t have that many options
-
Good location, poorly maintained facilities, hanging bathtub curtain rod, missing closing window handle, musty odor .
-
The coffee maker was broken on the bottom. There was only 1 remote for 2 tv’s. The seat on the toilet was loose. The fitness center was non-functioning with a hole in the ceiling and water leaking through. No water in the room - had to purchase for $2.50 from vending machine, smokers (guests) crowding the front entrance. Guests next door were loud, cursing and drinking. As I exited my room I was met with 2 overflowing trash cans. I told the front desk about the noise and he said “nothing we can do”. The breakfast and the dining area. There were no bagels despite having cream cheese available. The food was mediocre (self serve waffles and yogurt were good). The coffee machine was broken, but they did have portable coffee canisters. The staff replaced the food, but didn’t often wiped down the tables when guests were finished. I had to wipe my own table. The light in the “living room” wasn’t working . Told the desk and he said the maintenance staff would look at it - didn’t happen. We discovered the issue ourselves and got it to work. The curtains are dingy and dusty. Stepping into the hall was like riding in an old car with 3 day old smoke trapped in the seats.

Hotel was falsely advertised. Property was not as displayed and there were several sanitary issues including mold in the bathroom and hair on the bed.
-
I would not recommend this property. It needs updating and safety was a concern. The shower was unusable because the tub looked old and dirty. There was also a strange smell in the room. An unhoused person was able to enter the lobby and pulled the fire alarm causing a lot of confusion during breakfast. What I thought was a deal turned out to be a nightmare.

No parking on property you must use a parking garage and fees are not included. No checking in early unless you pay extra even if your room is empty. Shampoo and conditioner were in refillable bottles and half empty. TV works half the time if at all. There was no breakfast items at all. The rooms are very small even the ones that sleep 6 people. Basically a cheap ghetto motel. Will never stay there again.

Hotel had a bad smell upon entry way. Bathroom was not clean the tub kept filling up while taking a shower. Roaches and roach eggs were found. You can tell that the hotel staff does not clean well the whole place was dusty. Also the parking garage across the street was closed so we literally had for drive around for 20 minutes looking for one that was open. Will not be staying here ever again .

Hotel is totally misrepresented on-line -Comfort Suites should be ashamed of themselves for give this hotel a franchise name. People were nice - but the hotel is dated, no handicap access, park 2 blocks away, dirty, looks like there are people living there, I would not send my wife alone anywhere. Breakfast was decent. I left after one night,

The STAFF IS RUDE!! NO SOAP, ETC IN THE ROOMS. STAFF STOOD OVER YOU WHOLE YOU ATE BREAKFAST. JUST RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. AND LAUGH IN YOUR FACE
-
Shower was rather gross, towels too. PA alert alarm wouldn’t stop going off in the morning and we couldn’t sleep. Unclear why that happened. The hallway smelled terrible as well.
-
not a good experience and the hotel room was filthy and not up kept
-
The property has no on site parking. We had to utilize a public lot across the street. The hotel is dated and definitely needs updates. The bathroom wall paper was warped and the door knob was falling off. The vanity was banged up. The elevator seemed to have a weird smell and one of the two was having mechanical issues. The biggest problem was breakfast. Completely disappointing. The juice station wasn't calibrated properly so none of the juice was drinkable. And the water station ran out so there was effectively no beverage options. There were two cold cereal options, bread, muffins, bagels, waffles, scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage. Although they ran out of sausage. We just went to Dunkin' on day 2.

I arrived on time for check out and was told that my booking had been canceled despite not being informed that it was and the room that I had booked months in advance being available but now for more than twice the rate. Highly do not recommend booking here unless you have a back up plan waiting when they cancel on you, or the funds to book again last minute for more than twice the price.
-
The water pressure. TV didn't work, nobody fixed it. Toilet seat broken. Breakfast sucked, "hot" foods were dried up and luke warm. Waffle maker was never even plugged in, and attendant was on the phone the whole time offering no assistance. Very outdated rooms, in desperate need of upgrade. Beds VERY worn and uncomfortable. Price a lightly high for the quality.
-
They upgraded my room to a king suite for free so that was really nice and it had a great view. Also the breakfast was decent and you get a sky view of the harbor from the breakfast area. Parking, the garage is across the street but it would be nice if they had a valet or just someone to help you find cheap parking
-
The towels were stained. So were the linens. We stayed in a suite which looked as described but the tub looked pretty gross. We booked this place for the location which was nice but there is no onsite parking. Overnight parking can run up to 60 bucks unless you leave the parking garage by 6am. I did not attend breakfast so no comment on that. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and shower then this would be fine but at the least bring your own towel and wash cloth.
-
Every thing was dirty, lady that takes care of the breakfast did nothing but talk on the phone.
-
If you want convenience of location it’s the perfect hotel. 15-20 mins walk from the M&T bank stadium and the MLB stadium. Right there on the corner from the inner harbor. Plenty of food and bars around the hotel.. now the down side !!! The hotel is old! Elevator smells like a funeral home. The showers were nasty. The tub clogged. The bathrooms are small. The rooms were hot and we cut them down to 64!!! Still was hot in the room! We went to open up the pull out bed IT HAD NO SHEETS!!!! Straight BROWN Mattress! Absolutely disgusting!!! And if you park in the wrong parking garage you have to be out by 5am!!!!! Pissed us off cause they didn’t say that when we asked twice! Location 10/10 everything else 3/10!
-
They needed a table in the room other than that it was fine.
-
The beds were clean but everything else was run down and dirty (windows, rugs, elevator). Also, no parking but there is a garage available across the street for $60 per night.
