Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino

I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

My experience was very good, but the first time I stayed here was horrible. I thought I’d give them a second try. I’m so glad I did. We (my family & I) had a great time. I’m coming back for sure,

I was charged an extra $50 to change my room from 1 king size bed to 2 full size beds.

The property is a little outdated but all and all it's a great location and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasant one night stay

Room was clean

The sink in my room I had no hot water , but the shower I had hot and cold water otherwise happy with my stay

Easy check in. Central location.

Was a good place to stay but pricey

We have stayed there on many occasions, but I’ll last visit we found the bedbug

Ballys is a long way from what it used to be to be… Wall peeling in Bathroom/& it was not the cleanest. The light switches &?their locations in room were ockwardly located with limited choices of what lights u wanted on. Last but certainly not least the pillows were a JOKE, very small & hard & extremely uncomfortable.. I would think that Ballys would Compliment a customer A Free Stay…

Room was good

We went into this stay knowing the hotel and casino were mid tier so our expectations were not super high. Room was clean and the bar drinks were cold so all in all it was good.

They charged me an extra $50 for an extra person that I didn’t have in my room and customer service never addressed it after reaching out three times I’ll never book with Expedia again

Amazing and comfortable! Right near everything as well!

1. Filthy carpet in the hallway. 2. Stinky Marijuana odor in the hallway. 3. The room was next to the Yard where loud music was played until 1 am. 4. Moldy smell in the room. 5. Instant noodles in the coffee pot. 6. Ocean viwe was blocked by the dirty windows glass.

Overall, the stay was ok. We were assigned to the older building which needs to be updated. The room had a stale smell to it. The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom and bed were clean and nice. The carpets at the elevators and in the hallways to the rooms were Not clean at all. They need to be updated or sanitize and clean thoroughly. The same thing with a parking lot, it smelled of urine specially on second and third level. Our stay was just OK.
