Reviews
-
Staff was extremely helpful my room was clean and breakfast was great for someone who don’t eat pork there was other options for me.
-
It was a nice hotel and great location for what we were there for, but we will probably never stay there again due to bar/club next door that blasted their music so loud it made it difficult for me and my family to sleep due to excessively loud music/bass.
-
The Hotel itself was just fine there is a noise problem in the area, especially on the weekends

Great location downtown close to many of the attractions. Breakfast was good and varied. Valet parking was required. Our room was ok, we were missing a remote for the TV, there were no extra bed linens and not enough towels for our group. There were also a few dust/hair bunnies. The staff were prompt to respond to our needs (even though it was a busy Saturday night) and they were very friendly and helpful.
-
Directly across the street from the Georgia Aquarium. In the center of downtown and very convenient. There is a $55/day charge for parking which I declined and parked on the street behind the hotel for free. Breakfast was basic. Room and hotel was very clean and up-to-date. Staff weren't bad but by don’t expect top tier hospitality. They do just what they’re supposed to

Super friendly employees, loved my stay here will definitely be coming back. Valet parking $55 overnight and is across the street from the aquarium (aquarium parking is $30 so might as well park here if you are planning to do this).

Steps away from the Georgia Aquarium.

The rein was small for 4 adults. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and impossible for two adults to fit in.
-
We liked the location because it is close to the aquarium and the bus line is in front of the hotel. The staff are very attentive - they are the best thing about it. The room was meant to be cleaned every other day. we were there for 7 nights and it was only cleaned twice. The mattress needs changing because it sags where people usually sleep - I ended up sleeping in the centre of the bed which was fine, but if there were two people than it's uncomfortable.
-
Breakfast choices were OK but the seating area was far too small for the number of breakfast goers especially during the busy weekend that I was there.

location being close to the georgia aquarium was the only pro. Parking was a nightmare in itself with mandatory valet & 55$ per day to park at a hotel you’re already paying for that didn’t disclose the additional parking cost. Room was extremely uncomfortable and even all the way up on the 9th floor nearby bars music kept us up into the early morning. We got no sleep and decided to cut our trip short and checked out early. The front desk initially told us they would refund us for the cancelled nights after they spoke with house keeping. We kept our room extremely clean and housekeeping confirmed that. The front desk then came back and said we can’t refund because you prepaid through booking.com so you’d have to contact them, so we did. Got on the phone with booking.com’s customer service and they said they would refund us as long as the front desk confirmed the early check out & refund but when booking.com called the front desk they denied the refund entirely. Not sure why they told us to call and then lied to us about the refund entirely? needless to say… we will not be returning nor recommending this hotel to anyone.

Great location and excellent staff. Hotel was clean 10/10

Probably the best location if you plan on visiting the Aquarium in Atlanta since it is right across the street.

Toilet did not work. No towels in room. They did put some later. Bed was alright. Just needs to be renovated. Shower is okay.

Location is great is you're planning to visit the aquarium and are staying with kids.
