I love the bar in the entrance

I guess they had a party going on which is understandable, but there should at-least be a section and say where those of us who simply want to enjoy ourselves can do that. The Moxy in my city welcomes anyone on the rooftop. No matter what. Nevertheless, the lil stay was cool! Amazing area too! Also, be prepared to PAY for parking!!! It is downtown so just a reminder.

Later that night, around 11 PM, this security guard called me and told me he had someone on the line. When the other person came on, they identified themselves by saying, “Hi, this is ICE.” I immediately hung up. Afterward, I remember receiving several additional calls from the security guard before I blocked the number. I have a noticeable foreign accent, and given the circumstances, the interaction left me feeling as though the reference to ICE may have been intended to intimidate or frighten me because he perceived me as an immigrant. I cannot know his actual motivation or verify who the person on the other end of the call was, so I am not presenting that as a fact. Regardless of the motivation, I found this behavior extremely inappropriate and concerning from someone working in hotel security. I hope hotel management investigates the incident and identifies the employee involved so that other guests do not have a similar experience.

The location and proximity to Mercedes Benz Stadium was great

My issue was with the uncomfortable mattress......for my wife and I, it did not work

Amazing staff! Great for short trip! Amazing rooftop bar. Rooms do lack fridge and bathroom shower soaps were low.

Beer ran out at bar Other than that it’s a cool place

Nice modern and new hotel. Overall it was great place to stay. One complaint, the mattress! They must have put used mattresses in this new hotel or something, it was in terrible shape, like laying in a hammock. Also of note the rooms are very small but it did what I needed by myself.

Excellent experience! Hotel has a cool vibe and great customer service. 5 stars all the way. Great location especially to the convention center.
-
Very clean hotel, lots to do just in the lobby and friendly staff. Only issue was the A.C. was weak in my room so it was a little warm. Other than that a great hotel

Very nice great staff

The hotel itself was beautiful and definitely gave the Atlanta city-life vibe, with stylish aesthetics and a great overall ambiance. The stay was enjoyable, but the customer service was the main downfall, particularly during check-in. The check-in issue was not met with much warmth, follow-up, or accommodation, which left the experience feeling less personal than expected. Orbitz also failed to assist when I contacted them to let yhem know of the issue which was preswnted at checkin.Overall, it was still a vibe and a beautiful property, but the customer service could definitely match the atmosphere.

I had a great stay! When my rooms bathroom fan was too loud, I placed into a new room! The staff was super nice and helpful. My shower had hair in it but other than that I have zero complaints. It was also cool they gave free drinking tokens :)
