Clean and helpful staff. Make sure to use dry setting on AC. Rooms can get humid depending on the weather.

The location was in great distance to everything. Foul smell coming from the AC but other than that it was fine for 2 nights.

I'm surprised this hotel has such a high rating. The rooms looked nice, and I would say we're clean, although you can tell that some parts need upgrading (ex tub enamel was chipping up). However, I was REALLY Disturbed at the fact that we arrived late at night went to get ready for the bed and there was no hand soap. I went down to the front desk and they said that they're all out of soap (no apologies it anything). How do you run out of soap? How do you not get something to supplement?? Next morning, we go for breakfast. My husband poured coffee... I got a bowl of cereal.. and then we found out that there is no milk at all. We asked and they also ran out of milk. So now we couldn't eat our breakfast which we thought was included with our stay. Had to go out of our way to go to the grocery store to buy soap because they still didn't have any as well as milk for our cereal and coffee. We also didn't have our room cleaned every night and then ran out of tissues. We were there for several days and for giggles on the way out I asked if they had gotten soap in and they said nope. That's just not right. Also, the front desk girls were not mean, but also not friendly. Ignored you when you walked in and gave one or two word answers to your questions. Doubt I will stay there in the future because with standards like that the hotel is only going to go downhill fast.

The person who checked us in was great. The others at the front desk after her were not pleasant. They wouldn't even smile or greet you. They just focus on their phone. The first room had red stains all over the carpet and the phone didn't work. I asked for a different room. Hair in the bathroom and on towels. The food wasn't even the basic amenities. Eggs were cold the first morning. They only offer pork sausage. They have a waffle machine. No variety of tea bags just Lipton black tea. Hot water machine was not working. The only thing that could be eaten was waffles and a banana. I wouldn't come back to stay. The only highlight were the Bush Gardens tickets price you can get from staying there.

Nice place to stay the night for business folks. The gym is well-equipped. Good location. Pricing very reasonable. Breakfast above average (included multiple hotbar options of bacon+eggs+carbs (potato chunks / hashbrowns). The first room I stayed in felt a bit mildewy but it was clean and I rested well and had what I needed. The cleaning staff were very nice. I planned to only stay 1 night but needed more time so checked in again. Would definitely stay again on a business trip to Greenville.

The lighting in the room was poor. The water pressure in the sink was poor. Poor TV channels.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the staff the young lady that I met when I checked in on Wednesday August 19, at 3:30 she was so sweet from day, one up until the time that we left and we left two days earlier. The outside of the building look nice the inside of the entry level up to the receptionist stand that was nice and appealing, but when we entered our actual room, it smelt like mole and mildew, and the carpet was wet right beside the air conditioning system, so we had to leave back out to go to the Front Desk and ask for another room , so the young lady at the Front Desk the sweet lady I spoke about earlier she gave us another room. It was OK. It smelled a little mildew but the time we were there, they had to switch other people rooms as well because of the mole / mildew smell in the entire building, you can smell the mildew in the hall on our floor, which was the fourth floor.

The conveince of this location to our daugther's school for move into her dorm. We use have used this property for the past 3 years while our daugther has been attending school. During our most recent visit, we are noticed that the rooms are not getting the maintence they need, especially the bathrooms.

The location was very good. The room, for the most part, was clean. They had no soap. When I arrived and checked in, there was only one little small bar of soap in the room for a weekend stay. I went down to the Front Desk and asked for soap and was told that there wasn’t any in the hotel. I was told that it had to be ordered and had not come in yet. I had to go to the store and buy a body wash. I’ve never had that experience at a hotel in my life before.

We weren’t here for very long, it was just a place to sleep on our drive back home but the front desk employee was very nice and welcoming. Room was clean, free breakfast at 6am. Perfect for what we needed. Also, free ev charger in parking lot was extremely helpful.
