Hotel stay was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was above excellent. First hotel at served fresh bacon and seasoned potatoes.

Overall, it was okay. However, we had some issues with the sofa bed. It was moldy and dirty. We were moved to a new room, and its mattress was in better condition, but the fitted sheet had food and stains on it. The desk staff replaced the sheet for us. While the issue was resolved, we expected better.

Excellent complimentary breakfast. The room was very spacious and clean. Overall, we had a great stay!

One thing I really didnt like is you couldn't tell who were employees because they didnt wear any uniforms...some just wore tank tops...it was a bit strange. Even housekeeping...I couldn't tell if they were guests or employees.

The location was fantastic very close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. We really enjoyed our stay there the pool and hot tub were fantastic but the chlorine was a lot. I understand it needs to be in there but it seemed excessive to the point we had to leave early from the pool because our eyes were burning. Breakfast was ok but they are strict with their timings which is understandable. The hotel was reverb renovated and all the designs were great. Bed were conforms shower was great and all the amenities of the hotel were nice

When we arrived somehow my reservation was canceled even though I had already paid for it. The available room I got to pay for again smelled bad and had stains on the carpet. Woke up to the fire alarm going off which lasted for at least 30 minutes. Needless to say I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was helpful and nice but the breakfast staff needs more help, very full and only one woman was refilling and cleanings. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking.
-
Love staying here when we come down. Always clean. Staff always friendly. Never have a worry here.
-
the breakfast could use more healthy options like fruit or oatmeal and real brewed coffee

We really enjoyed breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was large and comfortable!

The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful too! It was a little crowded but totally worth the wait. The staff working the buffet area were extremely helpful and replenished items quickly. Looking back, I am sure it was crowded because of their reputation of having a great buffet! Overall, if you are looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with an outstanding breakfast buffet look no further. I researched many of the hotels and read many reviews before booking here. Save yourself the time and book here… you won’t be disappointed. I sure wasn’t!!!! Great job! I will be staying here again next year when we return to Busch Gardens!!

Not much can be done about the beds...but would be good to know when advertising that the beds are firm. I have a bad back and was in constant pain. I didn't sleep well. As for the fire alarm, I'm grateful that it worked, even if it was a false alarm. Also, the breakfast was decent. We came down late, so there wasn't much left...but that was our own problem. I don't think I will be coming back to this establishment. :(

Clean and accessible to areas we had plan to visit.

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights while going to Busch Gardens and Water Country. It is in a great location, has friendly staff, and is clean. It had a great family atmosphere. We do not have one negative comment about our stay and we will definitely book this hotel again when we return.
