Staff was friendly, check in was easy and it felt cozy. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location and good price. Loved the bathroom, as it exceeded expectations for this type of property. Very roomy bedroom. Nice touch having the chairs and small tables outside the room. Close to a bus route, if you dont want to drive in Colonial Williamsburg (which we did not for the Virginia 250 celebration) Air conditioning worked great on 100° days! Good microwave and half-size fridge. Many electrical outlets in the bedroom. No ice machine. (went to the Valero across the street for ice) Power strip that powered the fridge and microwave went out, but was able to move the microwave to the desk outlet during our stay. No electrical outlets in the bathroom. Getting to the parking is a bit awkward with the drive-lane only being wide enough for 1 car to get through. A few minor inconviences, but nothing major. It is overall a nice little motel.

It doesn't look like mich from the outside, but the room was neat and clean. It was a great value, close to everything and perfect for a last minute booking during a holiday weekend. It took the room some time to cool off. But it was 100⁰ weather.

Room was clean Motel is quite old. Room was clean but showed wear. Bottom sheet on bed too short to tuck in. Driveways in bad shape.
-
Nothing There were holes in the bathroom door, front door you could tell had been kicked in. It was so sketchy we left after 10 minutes

Adorable little hotel - clean and well kept. Felt like we had traveled back in time to a quaint lodging in the 1950’s. Only minutes away from Historic Williamsburg! Nothing!

Nothing Roaches, stains everywhere, everything was broken, the toilet moved, red and yellow stains in the bathroom, claw marks on the floors, beds had stains in them, towels were all yellow, neighbors were awake the whole time and probably lived there

No hot water the last 2 visits. The couple who ran in in October of 2025 were much more customer friendly. Canceled my July appointment. Need curtains above heater/ AC. SUN wakes you up at 630am. Gave the him towels never brought me replacement. Sad was our 3 or 4th stay. Price & location good for Williamsburg.

Location and price No hot water!! Very dirty the whole room smelled of cigarettes despite being a non smoking room Multiple hairs in multiple colors throughout the bedding Layers of dust so thick on the headboard I could leave messages on it and see outlines of past guests Bathroom floor was extremely sticky Also, the address did not show up in Google and sent us to the wrong location.

Good value for money. Helpful staff. Not far from W&M campus. Good shower Noisy and smelly AC unit. Noisy neighbors. Musty odor.

Room was very cozy. Well worth the price, actually love the nostalgia of this place. The bed was too firm. Water wasn’t hot enough and shower head was a little low.

Only one waste basket in the bathroom but that's just a minor annoyance. There is a deadbolt along with the button knob on the handle for the outside door but the key only worked for the button knob. I don't know if that's their policy or seems like they need to rekey the deadbolt so that you can also lock it from the outside. You can lock the dead bolts from the inside just not from the outside.

The heating fan went on and off every minute and was very noisy. It was also cold in

Location was good and check in was ok. The beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. The carpet was very dirty and the light fixtures over the nightstand had some type of wiring issue and worked randomly.
-
Very convenient for the parks, very close to food and shops. Wish tv worked.

It was gross. The hotel was sketchy with a weird man hanging around the front of the hotel. The bathtub was rusted and chipping. The pillows smelled like urine which made my hair stink and to make it all worse there was no late check out and the property manager literally waited outside my door as I was trying to get my things and leaves. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The whole experience was horrible.
