Smells Terrible, Dirty, people are living there. Outdated. Should not even be on a website to stay in.

There are many long-term renters renting room at this motel. Many of them conjugate outside and are very loud at all hours of the night. Some of the long-term renters have children that are running around at 11:30 and midnight. Long-term renters living next-door were constantly outside of my room door, sitting on chairs watching TV on their phones at all hours. The Wi-Fi was terrible. There were burn holes in the blanket. And the rooms smell like mold. I rented a room for a week through a third-party site, and moved out two days early taking a loss, just to move to a better hotel. I made several complaints and nothing was done. Even some of the staff members are living long-term in the motel. There was a constant smell of marijuana. I would not suggest staying at this hotel.

Room smelled like an ash tray and was not offered alternative or discount whatsoever

GM was super nice and friendly. Gave recommendations on local restaurants and was very attentive to needs of guests. Made conversation and was very welcoming when we arrived and the check in was smooth without any issues. Room was clean and comfortable.

Scary and discussing not kid friendly at all. We had to make an emergency stop and could not stay because of how gross it was. The smell of devils lettuce, cigarettes, mildew, and mold was intolerable even for a pit stop. Questionable stains on the bedding and bathroom was gross. AC unit looked like it had black dust you don’t want to be inhaling. Everything was dirty and sticky! I don’t think my review will do justice for how disgusting the room was. The stench was stuck in our clothes and nose until we could get to our next stop to change and shower. Looks quiet from the front but when you get sent to the back of the property there’s a lot of activity. The pool was not something you want to swim in.

The room I was given was still occupied. And then I was offered a smoke room? Then they ran out of rooms and sent me to days inn miles away. Not even an upgrade for my trouble. People staying there are very sketchy. I don’t recommend it. Don’t think Williamsburg around premium price gives premium service and room.

Wasn’t the clean at all….

The staff was attentive and check in and dismissive in the pm and at check out. Did not use the laundry and parking was good

This motel appeared to be a property for displaced individuals. They did not offer cleaning services unless you stayed for 3 days or more. You had to bring your towels to change them so they otherwise would not go into your room to do things like vacuum or empty the trash. There was no coffee or any morning amenities so you were on your own.

The staff was adequate, but the property was not very clean. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. However, the room was clean and no signs of bed bugs. Neighborhood is very sketchy.

The staff were friendly, both the check-in person and maintenance person (TV was stuck on black/white dots and came to fix it). However, the room was not very clean and needs maintenance. Bathtub had peeling caulking/silicon and just a general sense of unclean. Not worth the price paid.

When I was approaching the room, I noticed that the door was wide open. I called the front desk and the clerk stated that the housekeeper must've left it open to air out and there are no more rooms available. The room didn't smell like smoke so that didn't make any sense. And to say no more rooms were available is untrue. There were more curtains open (empty rooms) than closed.

Room was not clean upon arrival. Sheets were dirty with holes in them. When we asked for clean sheets we were told housekeeping was unavailable. There was dust caked on vent in bathroom and hair visible under sinks and on bathroom floor. Pthe tub/shower floor was rusty. Housekeeping unhelpful as they did not understand English/poor communication skills. Bugs/fleas in the room. Lot’s of bites 😢. Swimming pool was open at least. Most rooms occupied by long term/permanent residents who were definitely under the influence of substances and argumentative with teenagers trying to enjoy pool. ice machine broken. Little to no cell service at location.

Whatever you do, don't go here!!! So ghetto, bugs in rooms, dirty as hell. Yuck, didn't even stay 20 min and paid two hundred dollars for two nights. I left. Nope never again.
