Site was excellent with room being super comfortable. Staff willingly helped us with a few items that were special asks. The only issue was the sound of sirens throughout the night.
-
Clean and upgraded room which was a little on the small side but is an older and historically acknowledged building. Conveniently located with 5 min walk of Union Station. Great coffee on the second floor!

very good location

The location was great, very close to Washington Union Station. The room was spacious and comfortable, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also very convenient to be able to store our luggage before check-in. The only downside was that there was only one washing machine and one dryer, so we had to wait to use them.

Good Day We had a great time at the beautiful Hotel and location is perfect. Would like to suggest that the accessible room be a bit bigger and with a view. I had originally booked for an ADA room but felt it was too small to get around, and the bed space was not enough to get the wheelchair around to get into the bed. Fortunately, I am able to stand and opted for a bigger room so that there would be more space. Unfortunately had to cope without rails in the bathroom to hold on too. The main elevator was too narrow for my wheelchair so had to use your service elevator. At least the staff were very accommodating and very helpful. Feel sad that if you are differently challenged that we need to accept second best when it comes to accommodation in the USA. But we still enjoyed our stay with you, loved the Irish pub .... Thank you Bella As above

The room was clean and staff helpful. Best part is its location just a 3-minute walk from Union Station.

The hotel is so convenient to the DC train station. We just walked a block and there was the lovely building. We were there in early afternoon and stopped to just drop bags but instead Charles at the reception desk was kind enough to find a room that was ready for us. The coffee on the second floor was much appreciated, as well as the complimentary cocktails from the Irish restaurant on the first floor. The hotel was perfect for our needs and we would definitely stay again!
