Located in rough neighbourhood. Not a good neightbourhood. Ample parking near by.

Staff was super helpful.
-
Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is nice. The staff was more than helpful. However, the rooms were not that great. Pillows, sheets , blanks terrible. The phone in the room didn’t work. Room cleaning wasn’t done when requested. The AC unit in the room filter was open when I got into the room and it was very dirty.

Horrible unkept hotel

Staff do their best

Valet parking is quite expensive at $65 per day. However, there is parking available for around $10 to 15 per day within about one kilometre behind the hotel. I recommend checking SpotHero before booking, as it can be a much more affordable parking option.

The hotel is in the busy and vibrant NoMa neighborhood, and I got a room with a good view looking north from above. I could relax on the comfortable Hyatt couch as usual, and the breakfast coffee was nice. The staff were friendly.

The front desk attendant was amazing and very helpful. He helped us with all of our needs. His name is Jerome. We stayed one night in the beginning of the week and returned on our trip back about a week later. He was amazing both days. The construction on the floor inside the building and the ice machines not working.

The breakfast was wonderful except day one! The yogurt bar with the granola and berries, sausages, and the carb options were very good. The drink options were great as well. The free waters in the cooler were very nice every day when we left and returned to the hotel for us to stay hydrated without the added expense! The front desk staff were so helpful and nice! From needing a high chair each morning to getting us a crib for our child, they were kind and resourceful. The room was very spacious and we loved the big open window wall. The view was delightful! The proximity to the metro station was so helpful in traveling around DC. The rooftop pool was very neat and enjoyable! Parking - the Valet parking is very expensive (like $75/night), but there is a parking lot across the street for $15.50/night. It requires a short walk, but the savings was so worth it. I highly recommend this hotel for your next DC stay! The cornhash can be removed from the menu and the round eggs were too peppery. The comforter when lifted up and the tv or sunshine in the background reveal that it is quite dirty. The street noise is pretty loud at night with emergency vehicle sirens, but they do provide a noise machine in the bedroom. It didn't wake us up, but it would for a lighter sleeper.

The breakfast tasted good. There should be halal food option so more people can enjoy their breakfast. There should be halal food option. The egg options should be warm and not cold.
-
Breakfast was nice. Room was not family friendly, glass doors to bathroom. Challenging to use the restroom quietly and privately.
-
Nice and comfy No free parking, not close to main attractions, no water pressure

Very good
