We booked the suite so we could have the kitchen area (it's helpful with kids), however once we tried to pull out the couch sleeper, it became obvious that there wasn't enough room for it! We noticed lots of scrapes on the wall, from where other people must have had the same issues. We had to move the couch over a little for it to fold out enough to use, making it a little cumbersome to move around the room. We also weren't told that the breakfast closes earlier on weekdays which isn't a huge deal but had we known upon check in, we would have planned correctly. The food was okay. Finally, the AC vent was putting out a lot of condensation, causing the carpet to be very wet. That part was pretty gross. I don't know that we would stay here again.

We had to change rooms because the AC didn't work. The second room wasn't much better. The coldest the room got was 78 till the third day it finally got to 75. The fan over the bed helped some but it was still very hot. My husband took three showers just to cool off. There were cigarette burn in the furniture. I had requested a smoke free room. No soap even though we asked. We went to the store and brought some. I don't think they vacuum much as every floor, even the halls looked dirty. With the parking it was $900 for three nights just expected better. The staff (maintenance guy) and front desk couldn't be nicer. The breakfast was good.

The room was old with worn out furniture. Staff were friendly but not very helpful. $200 deposit when I checked in that I was not aware of. Won’t stay here again. And the breakfast was not even worth it, gas station breakfast would have been 1000 times better.

The staff was excellent. Location was great - very walkable, convenient and safe. Room was clean and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was the best I have ever had at any hotel in my life. Breakfast was great and had a lot more options than a lot of hotel breakfasts do. Our A/C wasn't working well in the room, but the staff was quick to respond to the issue. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff are all excellent, very helpful and go above and beyond. Very responsive to issues that came up.

so the staff and the lobby were great . i was a little disappointed that the furnishing in my room were chipped and not in the best shape and a bit dated however everything was clean !!

This location served us great. It’s walkable to many convenience stores (CVS, 7 Eleven, Walgreens), there’s also a variety of restaurants nearby and it felt safe. There’s also a Metro station in under 10 min walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were surprised by the variety of food in the included breakfast. The room was very ample and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable, honestly, no complaints whatsoever.
