At check out, the Front Desk person made up multiple “destination” charges and sucked up my $100 hold they ask for when you check in. Scam. I don’t need to pay them for traveling, I already paid them for their room.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because they don't tell you that you have to pay an extra $25 per day. The hotel is very nice, and the service is excellent.

Erika at the desk was extremely helpful. Staff was awesome. Best shower I have ever had at a hotel. Extremely clean environment. 24 hour gym was a plus. I will be back.

Breakfasts are fabulous. They have a made to order omelette station. The pool was nice- not deep, so great for kids. Great location- walking distance to the Mall and a Metro station. Our family had a fabulous stay. Far exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed the free drinks in the evening, and the free breakfast the next morning. We booked our room on Holtels.com and got a great rate. We are planning on going back to DC in November, and we will absolutely be staying there again

Beautiful place to stay. We loved everything about this place. We are planning a trip back with the kids this time. The staff was very helpful, I mean everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. The breakfast was straight love. My trip to DC was wonderful and the stay was even better.
